Oh Linda, that is another great idea. I'm going to have to get my sour dough flakes started because when I buy crackers they always go stale before I, as a single person, eat them all, so being able to make crackers when I want need them is a winner in my book. Or since your starter is the host of all things sourdough, name it Pinkie Lee who was the host of the Gumby show😊
