So many videos on how to level the deck on your mower, but I've only seen one or maybe two that recommend you check the air pressure in your tires PRIOR to doing anything. Make sure you have the recommended pressure in the tires first! Then do all the other stuff in the video.
I bought one last night on FBM got home and realized that the deck is uneven. I was so mad at myself until i came across this video. I hope this fixes it! Thank you so much for the video
Quick, clear and simple! Thanks for sharing. BTW, I found uneven cut can also be cause by an underinflated tire. Be sure to check air tire pressure on both tires are equal so mower isn't leaning due to a soft tire.
How can a person check to make sure I am getting the maximum blade height. I have leveled and tires are inflated properly but I would like to maximize the cutting height. It is about an inch off relative to the markings on the right height. handle guide
Maybe I missed it. I understand that the front bolt adjust the deck up and down but does it keep the deck level from front to back while you are adjusting it?
I adjusted my deck, but there is something else wrong. It won't stay. There is something else that gets loose. When I lift the deck, it makes a loud "click" and then it's level, again. Do you have a suggestion?
This is a very poor shity design by xmark. They should have built something better than that something like the other xmark decks that have a pin you pull out on a bracket with adjustable settings. I have a 2015 quest by xmark and it is a bitch to get the deck set right. I have broken bolts and replaced bolts and nuts trying to figure it out and now I have to bring it to a xmark dealer because of I believe is junk. I wish I would have purchased another brand but my funds are limited. I been a auto mechanic for 17 years and I can't believe I have to bring it to a dealer.

Yes, great tip. Many people never consider proper tire inflation, especially on a lawn mower.

Do you have leveling bar on the back? Is that what it is?
Yes, you can level side to side with the leveling bracket on the rear left side of the deck. The front adjustment is for front to back.
