That is what it means to have a competition, but they made it obvious/clear at the end they where just chilling having a good time skateboarding for fun so everyone is a winner which is dope.
He was so stylie the whole damn time too. So smooth and easy, nothing rushed, tre flips the hydrant because of course he did lol. Shane is so incredibly fluid in everything he does, without a doubt one of the greatest skaters, technically, of all time

Frame by frame it and you can see that it does go off, but the bulk of the confetti is past the frame by the time the shutter goes off.

I feel you. I feel it's a defense mechanism to compensate for how crusty he's gotten in certain areas due to his aging. It's not easy man. I think we should just be happy there's a character like him around at this stage even if he overdoes it at times😄

No one should get that confused, but he is competing outside his class,especially given the fact that each generation of skater has pushed the sport further and further. You can’t fight old age and the damage you do to your body, it’s sucks and he is just coming to terms with that in his own way.

these captains are good entertainment, but I wouldn't mind seeing some more legends... like Heath Kirchart, Steve Berra, Andrew Reynolds and others... it's fun getting to know these guys in this format
