I have a similar problem. I have refined my routine and my way of living so much that just one thing out of kilter or one slight change of routine, or a change in noise routine from my neighbours can ruin it. Making the perfect routine is great until something even temporarily messes it up and then everything becomes chaos. I am definitely less resilient than I used to be.

Perhaps the lower neighbor has a router just below where you sleep?
I get it, I haven't had wifi for years for this very reason. I think electricity can effect our sleep as well. We've been in our new house for 2 years and the previous owner had a second power box added to support their Christmas decor. I haven't found a room yet I can sleep soundly in. But I digress. Saving to have it all removed from my studio, one day.
Check 5g maps of your area, I've found that the more towers that come to our neighborhood the more wonky sleep gets. PS- love your what's in you bag videos, it's cool to see how minimalist evolve as they travel.

Hey Faith. Yeah, I had asked about their router, but it's not underneath me- it's a couple rooms away. That's so intense there is no room you've found to sleep soundly in!
I checked the maps in my area, and the nearest towers are about 2.5 miles away or so.
ok! happy to do repeats of the whats in your bag :)

Buy the Faraday tissue. it has RF-locking habilities.
