Please shed the light on whether to buy a plot in undeveloped or developing colonies in outskits of city( many middle class people buy plots in outskirts) where plots are relatively cheaper like 100gaj for 30 to 50 lakhs only. And later we can construct house or resale the plot once the area get developed in future let say 10 years.
There are certain set of people who want to buy freehold land for personal usages or even if considered for investment then only long term appreciation. Would you still recommended them to purchase builder floors/flats? I'm not entirely sure what happens with a builder floor/flat after a certain time period(maybe when lease period ends)?
