Hi! Are you allowed to swim in your section in front of room of swim out pool even after the other pools close?

No, unfortunately they close the shared pools too. I wish they stayed open. That was one downfall of the resort.

We’re you able to swim in your swim up pool at night if it’s connected to your room? I’m going here the 17th and I keep hearing the pool closes at 6p 😒🤦🏽‍♀️ idk why there aren’t any kids

So sorry for the late response! Did you like the resort? Try secrets Playa Mujeres if you go back to Mexico. In their private and swim up pools you can use it all night!!!

I definitely recommend the platinum club rooms. The other rooms are nice though especially if you want to be near the party. The club rooms are a little more expensive but they are more peaceful and you can always walk to the party area.

Yes, it was all inclusive with 5 restaurants and a buffet! Super nice

How big is the resort?

The resort is not big at all. You can walk everywhere comfortably. First time I’ve been to a smaller resort and I definitely was not disappointed

I saw 1 Monkey and tons of Coatis! They are like a monkey and raccoon.
