Summary: After his dreams of becoming a hero are destroyed by All Might, Midoriya is struck by lightning during a freak thunderstorm and dies. From the smoke, rises a new Midoriya, with the power to create, manipulate and control lightning. Follow Midoriya as he takes on a new identity, and forges his own path as a hero and defender of the weak.
And quite possibly, turn the world on its head, while discovering secrets about what he has become.

Cuz Izuku stops his mom from informing Bakugo's mom(and dad?) so they can both lecture and punish him with the argument that Bakugo would never accept being wrong about anything.
So his grand plan...is to prove him right that dying DID give him a quirk, even if not done the exact way Bakugo said.
How is that a great plan or a wake up call???

Deku does not have to be gay in litterely every fanfic ever written, nothing wrong with it but it's like all of them are copy pastes of eachother
Most of the ones that I've watched where he ended up with a girl was either too quick paced, with people that are toxic or with an original character.
Then there are the ones where he ends up in random harems that ultimately doesn't aid the story much
I mean not really true I've read some really good ones where he's either straight or there is no love interest
I've seen a lot of good ones but most Deku was ship with Momo to the point Of don't really like her. Like she a good character but do you guys have anything different and unique and why don't I rarely see uhhhh(ー_ー゛) frog girl in any when she's literally bast girl. At least in 1A

I feel like the story took a sudden unneeded turn by making Izuku’s quirk go from interesting unexplained-but-explained old school mutant power via freak accident to like...some created higher power w/sentience from b4 humans choosing random ppl to inhabit 4 unknown reasons NOW able to talk to him freely after bs requirements 😅
And following that he's stupidly wanting to get involved on a raid for no good reason when he only just managed to avoid jail time and is still in the hospital like...why is this character suddenly becoming stupidly reckless and stupid? 😭

We were doing the sports festival where Shinso was making izuku leave the ring and b4 he stepped out was a scene change to Shigaraki watching the sports festival from the beginning but then suddenly we fast forward to Inko crying over izuku and approving of his confession turned relationship with Kaminari as she wants to help him with his 1st date?
Is there missing paragraphs or chapters? Why is the jump so big w/o even a summary of the rest of the festival??

Edit: I checked the fanfic directly! some chapters were skipped. Izuku won 1st and asked Kaminari on tv after getting his medal. Bakahoe got 2nd and was even madder than canon about it. Apparently mineta gets expelled once the festival is over but somehow Bakugou isnt? Also Izuku can apparently teleport by... disintegrating and reforming himself???

I enjoyed and want to hear more, but I'm annoyed that the video cut the majority of the 1v1 fights for the sports fest and then kept referencing it.

The fight with the nomu is boring and stupid. Am I the only one underwhelmed? Like yeah he used the sword and was awesomely brutal but...
Didn't this Izuku have like an electric bullet move that was super distructive? Isn't he supposed to be less emotional and more methodical and logical?
He could've done a sneak attack with that to save Eraserhead and then attack the nomu and Shigaraki b4 they recover. Seriously why do they never attack Shigaraki unconscious even after seeing he orders the nomu?
At least he won tho 😅 and didn't have to almost die to do it.
