Is it true that there are only one 4x4 rooms on each floor? I am trying to find my roommates before my arrival date

do you know if wax melts are acepted because i have some and a wax melt that is poly themed and was going to bring it with me.
I do believe that wax melts are allowed! I think FCV's concern is the open flame of candles.
