I think that sharpening mask is life-changing, thanks so much for showing me this! I'll try today and am quite excited for how it will look like after.

thanks Lauren this video is really helpful
Love it! I have always been way too intimidated by lightroom but you've inspired me to give it a go :)
I haven't even watched the entire video but I'm already heading over to play with the radial filter, and that HSL is GOLD. Thank you so much, this is awesome. Plus, super cool voice tone and easy to understand. Keep up this good work :-)
Your tips are so helpful. Thanks a lot :)
Thank you for this informative video. I have always used the radial filter the other way around...now this new way I learned is also amazing. The Sharpening tool...well, let say...I did what you said: Just sliding and not knowing about the rest. I really found this very informative. Kind Regards Annelie Pienaar, South Africa
Awesome tips! Thanks
Hi Lauren. Just came across this video, and they're very good tips. You've just earned another subscriber. Thanks, keep them coming.
Really useful and simple tutorial. Thanks.
My favourite tool recently has been HSL sliders but since you've already covered that Im going to revert to my old answer of Tone Curve. When I learnt to use that properly it changes the game for my edits.
Wow, this was really helpful! Thank you so much :)
very well done and thanks a heap for the tip on the use of the radial filter and advanced sharpening.
Genuinely a helpful tutorial. Very well scripted - all the questions I needed answers to were answered. Clear, quick and to the point. Picture was beautiful too! Going to check out the rest of your videos as a result :) Emily x

Great tips. The Radius filter was new for me so I will have to start using that one. Gorgeous clear voice as well..
Excellent instructions! I can't wait to improve my food photography! I love using HSL.
This was a great video!!!
Brilliant!
Love, love the radial filter! No need to jump to Snapseed for that one, now!
Great tutorial!
subscribed! this video is truly handy for me. also love your voice :)
hope to see more video like this
Thank you so much
Wow Sage that was amazing - great video! I have only ever used photoshop although I have access to Lightroom now too. I would be interested to hear what the differences are and why you use Lightroom rather than photoshop when you do. Thanks Anne
Great 3 tips! Thanks ;)
Thank You ❤️
Thanks!
thank you
thank you so much
Great job
Super!
Thank you for the tips! I was wondering why radius 1.5 for sharpening is the best for posting online?
Good for me thanks
really really helpful :) thank you very much....:)
You're such a life saver :)
Thank you Lauren for some sage advice ;-)
Keep going, you have good skills and a very nice accent (I'm an American, so we love this particular posh accent.)
Haha you're welcome for the sage advice ;)
I'm glad you like my accent haha! To me it's just plain (and I definitely don't think i'm posh!! LOL)
Awesome 👌
In the last 4 years of using lightroom i've never used the radial filter but will start using it from now on
Thanks again :)
oh no thank you for this I am learning from your videossss
thanks
Excellent content and great tips!!! I use Lightroom and know about some of these tips but I learned how to use them a little more effectively. Thank you!!! Now how much do I owe you!?? Lol 😆
very useful
This will help me alot as I have only just come over to LR/PS thank you
Hi! :) What kind of backdrop you use on the picture?
Great job! You’re beautiful too!!
You deffo have subscribe from me , post production is critical so well said and brill info . I found that also jumping into PS took my portraiture to another level for dodging and burning to add even more depth and dimension but tbh I do not think this would do much for food photography .
Ahh so glad to have you here Allan! I definitely find myself using Lightroom more for food photography, but there's a few things I use PS for - might do a video on that soon!
Hey Lauren! Why should you always put the radius at 1.5 if posting photos to the web? What does it do and mean exactly? Great video too, thanks a million! :)
Hi! :) what kind of backdrop you use on this picture?
good job! keep it up! :)
Thanks so much Errol! We'll definitely have some new content coming your way soon ;)
👍👏
I noticed that you said ''1.5 radius" (sharpening) for ''pictures going on to the web.'' Since everything I do is for the web, why 1.5 radius? I've just subscribed and have learned a great deal from your videos... so thank you!
where is the color picker in the updated lightroom classic cc?
This is hands down the most helpful video I’ve come across on basic Lightroom editing for food! Thank you for your great content.
Thank you so much! So happy you found it useful!
