I'd like to think that this timeline was created by Lyman with his mysterious power but everyone aside from Jon and Garfield lost their memories of what had happened. So now the parasite infected Jon instead of Garfield, turning him into a monster who is much more willing to obey the mind controlling thanks to all the trauma and pain and sadness that Gorefield inflicted in the previous timeline. Worse yet, Jon got his foream fused with his shotgun and now hunts down Garfield, purposely missing his shots just to scare the feline, to make him suffer like he had made Jon suffer. Gonna name this Gorefield; Ashed Layers
