I think Ultraman Nice is kinda like a joke played on the Ultraman series. Firstly, it made fun of the basic formula of most of the Ultraman franchise, the--
Alarm - Useless human attacks - Ultraman transformation - Ultraman gets bashed up - People randonly call out - Ultraman defeats the kaiju
So I guess it doesn't deserve that much hate, it's just a really funny series used to entertain and sell toys in the same time
