I stumbled upon Small Town Big Deal a few weeks ago after watching an episode on RFDtv. I was totally surprised, then excited, to see Jann Carl as a cohost. I hadn't seen her in many years, but remembered her immediately, for I live just northwest of LA, and she was a bit of a fixture in my youth. I've been binge watching episodes here on TH-cam. Jann and Rodney are great together, and Jann looks fabulous too. I watch because I'm dreaming of my future plans of leaving California for a great small town that's a big deal!
