I smiled when I saw this video being posted - been waiting for this one!!
Absolutely my No.1 Ethiopian favourite dish and another outstanding video.
My nostrils actually started dilating the moment sizzling started.
But the preparation - for people who love to cook, a sharp knife is a delight.
Watch that blade cut through the beef like a hot knife through butter.
I'm really hungry now!!
