Hopper Minimal Runtime: float and long on the 6502

My experiment using Chat GPT to help me implement an IEEE float library in Hopper to get hideously slow float support in the Hopper Minimal Runtime for the 6502 board.
This proved to be a useful exercise in learning to code a non-trivial project that is outside of my domain using Chat GPT.
