Sir, mai jab bhi pressure situation me hota hoon aur bohot work assigned rehta hai toh pen paper le kar ek proper schedule draw kar leta hoon aur priorities decide karke unko time deta hoon, aur calm and composed rehne k liye roz subah 15-20 minutes yoga karta hoon. Maine preparation journey me bhi yahi strategy follow ki hai aur usme mujhe saflta mili hai.
Sir can you tell that in ibps bank always there is pressure or some days. Are targets are given to po and manger in daily basis or sometime sir pls reply
M bolugi apke abi hal hi k ibps po mains m 3 br computer shut down ho gya,. Mouse kharab tha , isse bda pressure kya hooga 30 min late k bd b maine pura exam diya patience k sth 😄😄😄😄😄
