    You work for 42yrs to have $2m in your retirement, Meanwhile some people are putting just $20k in a Shiba coin for just few months and now they are multi millionaires I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

      Well explained. Thank you for sharing this video. Financial education is certainly necessary for more than 80% of the society in the country, because there are very few people who are knowledgeable on this subject. The value of the US 🇺🇲 dollar is decreasing due to inflation, but it is increasing when compared to other currencies and commodities such as gold and real estate. I am worried that the rising inflation will reduce the value of my $550,000 retirement savings. However, with Maria's help, I have earned $220,000 this week from an investment of $45,000. I am truly grateful for all the knowledge and valuable information you have given me these past few months.

    "Filipinos could not afford it....". Isn't it ironic that most of the condominium properties in BGC are owned by Filipinos, given that domestic consumption is the main driver of the Philippine economy, which is currently the fastest-growing economy in Asia? It raises the question of why so many large malls exist and why more continue to be built when "Filipinos cannot afford them." The worst part is that he believes we are dangerous people living in an unsafe country. Are we really more dangerous than them?

    • @LoveyourLife-1970
      @LoveyourLife-1970 8 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      Many foreigners say Filipinos are dangerous because they (foreigners/immigrants/tourists) cannot own guns. CERTAIN Americans will always feel unsafe in any country where they cannot own guns and use them anytime they wanna claim to 'fear for their lives'. Now there are areas where the Filipinos are dangerous.. Cavite province is where many of the criminals fled to decades ago, there are also areas where abductions tend to happen more often than others. And in some parts, if you are an immigrant and you get into a fight with a native, even if you were just defending yourself, you will have several Filipinos jumping on you as they do tend to stick together, right or wrong against foreigners. Many do not like us, but they tolerate us until they feel we do not respect them... whether they disrespect us first or not. I have see this first hand. But still, I feel safer in the Philippines that I do in many cities across the US... America is a country founded on guns and violence...

    There are also mini food kiosks inside the Supermarkets. Pinoys are busy during d day. We like to go out mid afternoons onwards to avoid sun damage. Most work in BPOs or call ctrs..sometimes work from home online. We get about 70% of most calls in our call ctrs that service everything from Western world banks,hospitals, insurance, consumer, airline, hotels, real estate, trucking ,shipping, cruises, medical and insurance including taxation companies.. Pinoys also manage most of the world's websites

    Bench has limited stores in US, China, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Malaysia, Qatar, Myanmar i think they have one in Singapore too.
    Alabang is also one of the most expensive area in the whole Metro. Actually several cities in the whole metro Manila is developing.
    Some foreigners living and working remote jobs in PH prefer outside the major cities away from traffic and hectic city life some stay on the countryside closer to the beaches, resorts for a cheaper cost of living and lower prices on food especially seafoods, veggies and fruits. Also a for a more calm and layback atmosphere and fresh air.

      Right, it depends on each person's background and perspective. The gap between the rich and the poor is pretty wide in Manila, it's fascinating.

    Makati is more vibrant and more relatable to Filipinos. I love Makati than BGC. BGC is quite lonely except at night during weekends. 😅😅😅😅 but Makati is alive everyday! 😅😊😊😊😊

    New York is trash compared to BGC. Anyway, check out the uptown areas of BGC and forbestown BGC where the nightlife are. Especially on the weekends.

      In terms of size, this is probably a peanut and New York is watermelon. Ridiculous to compare it to New York. New York has dozens of iconic landmark. That place dont even have anything like Time Square. It doesnt have a Madison Square Garden or Broadway. It doesnt have Hotdog stands and Bagel shop. The video is nice. You can really see the place and it has no pictureque skyline like Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur or Shanghai. BGC is nice, but to say it is better than New York just makes it sound pretentious. Its not even close to Singapore. Do they parks there or zoo? Does it have lakes like Hanoi? Historical sites, other than the American cementery? Does it have marvelous temples or cathedrals? Does it have a real street food scene. I love BGC. But it ain't New York. Rockwell and Alabang Town Center is just as nice. But Id revisit this site again.

      Must be humble of what we have, Philippines is far behind America, we're asking help from America in some aspects, i know New York is their finest city.

    You know what Manila/ Metro Manila has so many business districts similar to BGC and Makati that is why its kinda shocking to know that you think of it and the Philippines in general as a backward country

    if you find BGC expensive then you are not the market 😅 ....this bubble was built by the developers with the elite, the famous and the wealthy in their minds...so if you're not one of them, then you can't afford it, definitely 😏

      it has Jollibee and other fast food and jeepneys for the poor to ride. Its not so expensive. in the video it has Bench and so it is like any other place in Cebu or Manila.
