I think that when he sings to the moon, it sounds beautiful, considering he is a "classic" locoroco like the others. Also, like the Red Locoroco, he has a great voice and has become one of my favorite characters out in the Locoroco world.

Honestly all of these songs sound like the stereotypes you find in popular Japanese music genres. This one sounds like the one that sings the overly powerful ballads. (Like a lot of old anime endings.. Or the one that comes to mind for me, the ending of Katamari Damacy. XD)
Yellow is child all child, thus american english, a child culture. Pink is woman, all beauty and love (of any kind), thus the french accent, the "accent of love" Green is man, the face and the music are opposite, the face is all taciturn and easygoin, the music is all "manliness" and bravado (despero?) thus the macho accent lol, Red is um crazy? EMOTIONS, heh emotion is like that, but only one side of those lol the fiery ones thats why red, all doped and all fidgety and also sounds like reggae..
All the LocoRoco speak gibberish(though limited by Japanese phonetics), so they can express emotions we can infer to understand without the staff having to worry about translating the dialogue into different languages. It’s also for world building purposes, as the LocoRoco games don’t have humans in them at all. This is similar to approaches in other international media, like Penguinese in _Pingu,_ or Minionese in _Despicable Me/Minions._

italian people doesn't notice the accent you have in foreign countries, but believe me, this sounds italian :D I've just noticed that the green locoroco is spanish, and his name is Chávez jajaja
