I enjoyed the video pretty much. An advice to all who do want to install Windows 10 . Install the 1803 version not the 1809 until next January 2019 or so. If you have a 3 years or older PC keep the 1803 version on until the upgrade of PC or until they stop making us pay on both Win 10 and to have a new PC to have no BSOD while using Win 10. A few forums and TH-camrs are now recommending the installation of updates first, then installing drivers as some require current updates to install and run. Any thoughts on this ? Great video with tips, thanks.
Brian, I checked your videos and it's been quite a while since you last made a video on Solid State Drives. Basic maintenance, clean-up and this sort of information on SSD's would be much appreciated. (Yes on the verge of 2019, my very first SSD lol)
Sometimes you can use a program like "Iobit Driver Booster" which scans your computer and look for device drivers and updated device drivers and installs them for you. The free version works well. When I upgraded my 2 computers to Windows 10, I used it and was able to get all of my drivers very easily.
Good to hear you are better. One thing that is driving me nutz on Win10 is when I use the File Manager and I click on one of the columns to sort, it takes forever to respond. I see the progress bar on the top and it moves across very slowly. What am I doing wrong? Do you have any File Managers you would recommend/ Thanks for your great videos.
If you wanna remove all telemetry, bloatware, Windows defender etc. just stick to linux desktop. All of "debloat" tools are not worth it on Windows and it causes even more errors, brokens (and it's difficult to reverse back to normal fresh setting).
Can I suggest you say a word or two on why you are making these changes @britec09? I get its because you don't want it, but why is that? That would help me better understand the reason for your changes and determine if they are right for me. Thanks again.
