this AI thing is really quite amazing! The info and the voices were quite good . I was surprised the images were so cartoon like. I bet by next year the images will improve to the point of reality. Keep up the good work. As long as you don't get replaced.
It's a little scary with AI coming on so fast, so I appreciate this education on it. I do have a comment for the developers - Jason - as I age I'm still ok about understanding fast talking, but it is seemingly getting faster and faster. When I speak with my older cousins on the west coast (Oregon), they often say I talk too fast and they can't understand me. So I try to purposely speak slower, then all is well. Sometimes southerners say the same. And I don't even think I speak that quickly but being from NY I probably do. Please build in the option for us to request a slower speaking pace and enunciation. Sort of like controlling the playback speed on TH-cam I guess. My mother is 93 and has the same issues and would never be able to understand what was presented here. I like it, but we also need options for a slower pace if needed. Thanks for your consideration :)

Back in the 1940's before artificial insemination was invented and before computers, with A.I., a doctor here in Te Awamutu , New Zealand came up with a way for women to get pregnant when her husband couldn't do it. The really weird thing was the kids all looked like him.

I thought it was pretty good. I don't see relaxing health care staff but could see this as great assistive technology to medical staff and also a great interactive teaching tool.
Fascinating and a bit creepy. I certainly can see AI assisting human medical professionals, but I shudder to think that anyone would actually support replacing human health providers with AI.
Most of the AI is in govt and the house of commons.....it provides a lot of misinformation and plenty of comedy. your AI's were right on...mostly..the answers were what i would expect to hear from an Ortho surgeon and PT...But like Brad said....the hands on aspect is very vital and surgery still is a determining factor in many orthopaedic situations...unless Tesla comes out with self driving surgical robots within the near future...you guys are pretty safe job-wise.:)) Great Stuff Docs!!! Also a chapter on AI in medicine in there. And for everybody who commented that they were scared or frightened or concerned - Well yeah, you should be.
Sure, for being able to answer questions and to provide information on just about any topic, AI can already do a pretty good job and will probably get better. It also looks like AI will be able to create art or music and even write novels and make movies and will probably will be able to produce engineering design drawings for buildings, roads, bridges, electrical circuits, including any type of machinery or mechanical equipment such as cars or other types of products and may even be able to invent something useful and may be able to teach humans how to behave better on this planet without harming the environment . Not sure is AI can completely take over doing all these things but I think there will be applications where AI doing some of this will be beneficial. As we have seen, AI can already create images and voices of fake people or can copy the images and voices of real people and have videos of the real people saying and doing things that they normally do but can also have them saying or doing things that they did not say or do. Putting out fake information and stealing people's identity is already a big problem and AI can make this a bigger problem but I think AI can also help prevent the spread of fake news and fake information and help protect people’s identities similar to how computer anti-virus software and computer firewalls protect information. There are always new computer viruses but the anti-virus programs and the computer firewalls are always being updated to combat the new viruses and the hackers. Although the anti-virus and firewall programs are not perfect, they are pretty good. There have been some pretty impressive gains in automated machines and robotics that have significantly reduced unskilled physical labor so if AI can improve this. I think this is a good thing. Not to many of us get excited about doing physical labor on a farm or in a factory or on a construction site for eight hours a day or more. AI is also getting pretty good and doing many tasks that are not really labor intensive but are repetitive and tedious and need a lot of focus and attention like driving cars and trucks or even flying plans and operating trains and ships. Although I do not think AI can completely take over these tasks there will be applications where AI doing some this will be beneficial. Skilled physical work and or even skilled physical labor is going to be much more of a challenge for AI and I remain skeptical that we are going to see robots doing surgery or doing a root canal or laying bricks, framing houses, doing plumbing, electrical wiring, drywall or doing maintenance and repair work on equipment and machinery such as cars, trucks, trains, planes or ships. AI may be able to operate cars, trucks, trains, planes or ships but I remain skeptical that AI is can build, maintain or repair them.
Should you take vitamin d? Yes, you should buy a bottle of it and take one a day for a month. If you feel better then you could keep on taking it until you start feeling worse then stop. If you feel worse after starting on it then stop taking it immediately. Do that same trial with each vitamin in the alphabet.

Do you guys need some help up there? We are experiencing another week of air quality alerts in Minnesota due to your camp fires. We have access to a rather large body of water - Lake Superior - would that help?
So good they made 'em twice! Would say, though, they way things are here now, A.I. is looking more desirable! Can't get an appointment - you have to ring at 8 am to get any gaps or cancellations, otherwise you may get a 'phone call during the week or 6 weeks before seeing someone. Then it might not be a Doctor. You only now have 10 minutes and you can only have one ailment (!). Also, unless programmed, you wouldn't get a sarcastic comment from A.I. whilst it was typing something into its laptop. A.I couldn't go on strike, unless programmed, or wish the elderly would just die than have the irritation of dealing with their accumulating conditions.
The Docs were really funny here. The AI Docs, not so much. I agree, how much vit D? Also, whats the purpose of AI Docs anyway? Another also, nice to meetcha Hamza!

Great episode but can ai read a patient's neaunce and personality to better interpret and diagnose. Not to mention the human elements of compassion and hope without doing more harm than good. I want a human!
Hi. AI not for me I want a Dr with a beating heart. I can’t find anywhere to contact you with a suggestion for a video. I am on lots of pain medication. Oh I’m in uk I take Targinact , Pregabalin , Duloxotein paracetamol three are control drugs that intake twice daily. I’ve been on these for 12 years. I don’t feel like I get pain relief. This is due to spinal surgery in 2012 that failed I struggle with walking. Throw into that I’m now waiting for knee replacement which is how I found your channel. What would happen if I stopped taking all the above. ?
Looks like they trained the speech synthesizer from recordings on the channel that contain clipping distortion and reverb. Reverb should probably be added over clean speech to join the parts together. I suspect that jokes were scripted. The program was asked for jokes or medical answers specifically. The individual joke units were probably input into the program and then selected by the intelligence. I don't think he synthesized the muscular man or ears from multiple concepts. They couldn't have learned these from the training material. I think the robot behaved a bit like an embarassed human who doesn't know how to pronouce acetaminophen. He slurred it quickly without a pause, moved on and hoped that nobody noticed. If the speech was to be useful and undestandable, the synthesizer should rather slow down around unknown words. The ending was scripted. They didn't come up with the lines "not anymore" twice by themselves. An arab sumo wrestler enters the scene.
I respect and follow you. Why waste your valuable time with this "stuff"? It's borderline evil. Let's hang on to traditional doctor/patient diagnosis as long as we can. Promote it!

So you two have been replaced! But how can artificial intelligence replace artificial intelligence????? jk love your channel. Your advice has helped to improve my health. Thank you!!!
That's our goal!
Do you guys need some help up there? We are experiencing another week of air quality alerts in Minnesota due to your camp fires. We have access to a rather large body of water - Lake Superior - would that help?
We thought you guys were avatars all along.😉
so funny.
Ha
Cool!
Still actually like the human connection not A I.
Yes most do
You guys 😂 me up! ❤
🤣
I loved watching this!
Can I be your patient? 😂❤ thank you doctors
Very very funny !!!
Thanks brad!
I WHOLEHEARTEDLY, prefer the REAL Paul and Brad!!!!! AI just isn’t good enough!!! The REAL docs ROCK!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hey docs, is there anyway to regenerate articular cartilage yet? What about any new drugs coming soon like next year?! Please give me some hope.
Artificial Insemination! 🤣🤣 (Perhaps a solution to the shortage of Doctors in BC?)
Maybe ! 🤣
Hi cheri. The purpose of it becomes a thing would be to assist and maybe get information to people quicker.
OMG! you guys are too funny. This was awesome.
You should take this on the road! 😊
Dr. Paul I would’ve greatly respected your AI doctor very professional. Dr. Brad your AI never quit smiling and I’m not sure how much I would believe him. Just kidding you guys both did a great job. 💃💃💃💃💃
I will never go to an AI doctor when its anythn important
Yes AI can do miracles ! how is that? you want a house, fancy car, citizenship, line of credit.... etc. Do not work too hard, pay a professional to hack the system for you, and done
Is there a cure for bone to bone- Osteoarthritis in the feet?
Depends where it is. Typically either replacement or fusion
@@TalkingWithDocs The bone to bone is in the middle part of the foot.
It's inevitable. Biology is just one step of evolution.
So just chill out and enjoy life 💟
Great episode but can ai read a patient's neaunce and personality to better interpret and diagnose. Not to mention the human elements of compassion and hope without doing more harm than good. I want a human!
Yes can't replace
Too monotone for me. I'm empathic and need emotional connection.
We agree that they can't replace people but may help
Hi. AI not for me I want a Dr with a beating heart.
I can’t find anywhere to contact you with a suggestion for a video.
I am on lots of pain medication.
Oh I’m in uk
I take Targinact , Pregabalin , Duloxotein paracetamol three are control drugs that intake twice daily.
AI Brad looks like he has poorly-really poorly- fitting dentures. I’ll stick with real McCoy of both docs
Thanks Terry!
I respect and follow you. Why waste your valuable time with this "stuff"? It's borderline evil. Let's hang on to traditional doctor/patient diagnosis as long as we can. Promote it!
We do promote traditional medicine obviously. We thought it was worth investigating first hand
Thank you, keep up the good work. I look forward to all of your videos.
