He has neurological damage now eye twitches muscle spasms . Hope he recovers I met him after this fight he’s mentally tough but he’s already showing cte hope he doesn’t develop Parkinson’s that’s what I see. He’s also almost 40
Not married no kids doesn’t seem like he’s got a great personal life. Wish him well he’s a legend but I think the sport did a number on him and took a huge toll on his health . Wouldn’t be surprised if he has erectile dysfunction issues as well poor dude will probably never have kids to carry his legacy and create little Petrosyan’s . Also heard he takes anxiety meds benzodiazepines now and anti depressants and tranquilizer sleeping pills as well poor guy
I've watched this fight so many times and that knockout is just as dramatic each time. Wow. Excellent fight.

เก่งก็ต้องยอมรับว่าเก่งครับ จะด้วยเหตุผลอะไร ผมก็ว่าเปโตรเซี่ยนเก่งพอตัว ในชีวิตชกมาเป็นร้อย แพ้แค่ 2 ครั้ง เก็บนักมวยไทยมาก็เยอะแยะ มาแพ้ซุปเปอร์บอนแบบหมดสภาพ แล้วจะดิสเครดิสผลงานที่ผ่านมาของเขาทั้งหมดเลยก็ไม่ได้
แต่ในกติกานี้ ผมมองว่ามีแค่ 2คนที่น่าจะเอาชนะเปโตรเซี่ยนได้ คือ ซุปเปอร์บอน และสิทธิชัย ในช่วงสิทธิชัย เป็นที่ 1 ของโลกในกติกานี้ พี่แกก็หนีไม่ยอมชก อันนี้เราสามารถสบประมาทแกได้ ว่าไม่เก่งจริงเลือกคู่ชก อะไรก็ว่าไป แต่อย่างที่ผมบอก เปโตรเซี่ยนเป็นนักชกที่เก่งมากคนนึง เพียงแต่สู้นักมวยรุ่นหลังที่ขึ้นมาใหม่อย่าง 2 คนที่ผมว่ามาไปไม่ได้แล้ว

That right high kick from Superbon was there all night, until it eventually caught Petrosyan, knocking him out cold.
Petrosyan made a bad mistake going backwards and it was sloppy

I just saw this fight now and what I saw was Superbon throwing lots of kicks to the mid section basically setting it up for him to block his rib and got kicked in the chin for lowering his guard
@@dieselx999 I would agree but petrosyan has faced guys that have done that to him. Including buakaw . But he checked a lot of those kicks with his legs .
Superbon kicking technique is superb. Timing, range, variation, change in speed. Put The Doctor to sleep with a broken jaw.

The mistake can happen to anybody. That setup from low to high was beautiful. Right low kick, left overhand body hook with head off centerline, followed by snapping right high kick finisher. Petrosyan just got caught up in the exchange, was too aggressive. When that happens, he square up in some Wingchun parallel leg stance which cuts off his evasion and sets him up with no escape for a head kick. Poor habits.

Thank you ONE Championship for making this fight happen because Giorgio Petrosyan did everything to avoid Superbon Banchameck all the way in 2015 .
Superbon is better than Petrosyan since 2013 ( year that Petrosyan lose by KO to Andy Ristie , broke his hands and retired for a year ) and called out Petrosyan for 6+ years now .

Or even fight a Saemapetch Fairtex or a Lithewada Petchyindee Academy ( both can make 70 KG no problem ) or even Yodsanklai Fairtex if he come back .

Petrosyan avoided Superbon in 2015-2016-2017-2018-2019-2020 .

Why they stop Superbon from celebrating? He should since he had a victory. There is nothing wrong with being excited, it's part of the game. If they have a problem with it, go watch soccer as "Jorge Masvidal" put it. That man dug deep to get where he is now. I'm sure other opponents if you're high level and they knock you out, they would celebrate over your unconscious body too. Take it as a honor that someone is joyful in victory.
This is called western bias that's why they didn't let superbon continue to celebrate. The West will always try to favor their fighters. But when their fighters loses, they will try to discredit the winner (eastern countries) i.e not letting them celebrate more. I think it's a shame!
The referee was afraid GP willl wake up by Superbon's voice.

Gotta admit, I used to think Yodsenklai's kick were the most brutal but after watching Superbon, I believe Superbon has the strongest kick in MuayThai/Kickboxing.
Apidej or Nokweed have the strongest kick, but buakaw and superbon have some of the strongest kicks in the modern era
Petchpanomrong, Petchtanong, Superlek, Tawanchai got some wicked kicks too

Jo Nattuwot 2X and Petchmorakot Petchyindee Academy 2X all of those have 0 Kickboxing fight ( except Petchmorakot who has 1 against the average Kenta Yamada ) .
Sorgraw , Jo and Petchmorakot are green under Kickboxing rules .
Still Petrosian lost in the first Petchmorakot fight .
Petrosian postponed the Sudsakorn Sor Klinmee fight effectively rendering the bout pretty irrelevant .
Petrosian was scheduled to fight Narupol Fairtex in Muay Thai rules in Italy .
When Narupol flew over to Italy everything was normal but then 1 minute before the fight started they changed to Kickboxing rules effectively baiting Narupol .
Petrosian fought Fabio Pinca who has like 0 Kickboxing fight prior and Petrosian refused the rematch in Muay Thai rules ( despite Fabio being naturally smaller than Petrosian ) .
Petrosian promised to fight Kem Sitsongpeenong twice .
First in Kickboxing and second in Muay Thai .
Petrosian beat Kem in the Kickboxing fight and then refused the Muay Thai rematch despite promising it .
Petrosian lost to Thawenlek in Italy under Muay Thai rules but they gave Petrosian the win .
Petrosian fought Nonthanan Por Pramuk at Lumpini stadium and badly lost .
Petrosian blamed the water and said they poisoned him .
Petrosian fought Thailand Pinsinchai in Italy and badly lost but the corrupt judges gave it a draw .
Petrosian fought Buakaw Por Pramuk in Sweden under Muay Thai rules but changed last minute to no elbow ( so basically Kickboxing rules ) in order to help Petrosian .
Petrosian got a generous draw bit really he lost in any scoring system you want whether Muay Thai or Kickboxing scoring system .
Still Petrosian said they robbed him of a victory .
Petrosian generously got a win over Mike Zambidis in K-1 where he got knocked down but the ref simply called it a slip .
Petrosian fought Andy Ristie at GLORY and got KOed and so Petrosian blamed the hand and said it was a fluke .
Petrosian lost to 1-0 kickboxer with a clinch/elbow style ( a paradox ) named Petchmorakot Petchyindee Academy but Petrosian said he was robbed .
I'm so glad that Petrosian got his jaw broken by Superbon .
He deserve it .
I hope Petrosian fight Sittichai Sitsongpeenong next then Nong-O Gaiyanghadao and then a triology fight with Petchmorakot Petchyindee Academy .
