- In the passing of the Queen we are reminded of the words of The Ever Living, “Wherever you may be, death will catch up with you, even if you are inside high castles” [Qur’an 4:78]. Though the optics of opulence are not from the faith, they can - and have - served the faithful over the course of Muslim history. The story of the King of Ethiopia from the life and times of the Messenger ﷺ illustrates the Prophetic recognition of nuance, and the value of highlighting similarities rather than differences - something that the new King, Charles III, has been doing for many decades as Prince, in regards to Islam and the West.

This Khutba was my first introduction to Skh. Abdal Hakim Murad.
Good Muslims know the noble difference of appreciating truth and not using truth to be unforgiving... Forgiveness is better than anything 🙏👍
Shaykh Abdal Hakim is always a voice of reason and balance. May Allah keep him with us for a long time and allow us to benefit more from him.
People forget our role should be of messengers seeking to change a kufr dociopolitical order - not maintain the 'balance'. Sadly that is missing today.
This one of the most moving khutba I have ever listened. It is so moving and educative that I wish him to contnue the khutba without stop. This is the kind of the khutba that our youths should be given in our mosques. MassaAllah ya Rabb.! Thank you Almighty Allah for giving such a well-versed Sheik to educate us about the best of Islam.
It seems King Charles III has done quality reading and reflections during his decades as Prince of Wales. Years not wasted indeed and hopefully continues into the future.
Ahamdo lillah he has a good appreciation of Islam as a wise and logical religion based on truth.

I wonder two things :
1) who is it who will not accept Islam ?
2) and who has already is a Muslim : whose Imaan ( believe) will not get awakened or strengthened . ?
I feel so lucky to be breathing the same air and sharing the same time that he breathes and the time he is living in .

It is truly wonderful that Britain underwent serious transformation that today a Sheikh of clear-cut Anglo-Saxon descent yet leads multitudes of Muslim segments on global scale. Can you imagine that such kind of religious tolerance could easily occur before the coronation of the Queen Elizabeth II?

What a stunning and breathtaking filming by the CCM video team to usher me into our beloved Sheikh Hakim's most moving and poignant khutbah.
I love how the camera captures the water's gentle ascent, malleable and shapeless, eager to take on the form of any vessel it enters, and how the water bubbles up in pure transparency.
I love how you captured the bunches of green crab apples pressed together, the blue iris, and the pink and lilac roses swaying with the wind, throwing off their fragrance to everyone there.
Such magnificence The CCM team has given Yeats' poem "O plain as plain can be, There's nothing but our own red blood, Can make a right Rose Tree." a whole new meaning to me...Bless you all

May Allah ﷻ preserve him in and increase his life with good health
Wish all 8 billion of humanity gets to view his Qutbah and understand it . Wish it gets translated to all languages of the world .
Unfortunately many are missing the gems that comes out of his mouth .
Listening to him it catalyses my Islam towards a better and a beautiful understanding of it each and every time .

It's a privilege and an honour to listen to the most honourable Shaykh Abdal Hakim Murad as his unique knowledge and presentation on any subject relating to Islam including the Queen's passing shows again how wonderful it is to have the Shaykh amongst us. May Allah grant the Shsykh a very long life and enable him to enlighten the Ummah all over the globe, ameen🤲.
So I'm just now in middle of listening to a relaxed intrductional kuttba....and isn't this delightful praise be to Allah SWT ...and how the Camara visuals are tranquil....I shall continue e n sha Allah to listen to it fully...in meantime of Kings and Queens it certainly isn't what it used to be good or bad....or what apparently what's in store for us...as Muslims....

I can imagine the task undertaken by Bro Hakim Murad a great Ambassasor of lslam in the West and a son of Britain ...we live in great times as lslam is made dormant yet possessing the only divine text standing.. The Quran
Because of the history of lslam and the tragedy of Karbala... Muslims cannot chest thump their divine status as a community....they too have had their share of monarchs who could not be defended ...though the black experience of America destroys the entire church foundation and western civilization ....only lslam lacks it's moderm state to show case lslam for a modern outlook but again hindered by the power full 5 eyes whose dominance is the failure of all who claim lslam's leadership
Sheikh is amongst the best people narrating the excerpts from the seerah, how can one not listen attentively and appreciate the magnetic effect 🥺

We don’t have to be a monarchist to have mutual respect.
Subhan'allah, another masterclass by SAHM. I have alot respect of formerly Prince Charles, I'm fortunate to own a copy of his book: Harmony jointly authored by Prince Charles and Tony Juniper. Many of the things the esteemed Shaykh spoke about are echoed in this book.

Convey message of Islam to all people of the world and to everyone who will come also convey message of Islam to all world leaders.
This world and all worlds are in Allah's Grasp. All hearts of men are in Allah's Grasp.
Allah Enforces His Will upon every single thing He creates.
We follow Allah's Will , Willingly or Unwillingly. Every single thing is in Allah's Ultimate Decision and Plan.

Beautiful story. I only recently recounted the very same story about hijrah and king Negus to my daughters from The Sealed Nectar. Sensational account of the Prophets PBUH life. A must read.
Often, the richer a person is, the lower the obeisance in order to retain their wealth. Especially in cases of inherited wealth. Few consider self respect of greater value than money, gold etc.
