Full description of Mha Puja Manda- म्ह पूजा - मनू मन्द:
WATER CIRCLE( ल:मंद:) - symbol of purified soul
OIL CIRCLE ( चिकं मंद:)- perfection of life( परिपूर्णता)
HEART CHAKRA ( Anahat chakra)- empathy, inspires human to love, devotion ,calmness, balance - open the heart channel to connect with the God Power ( परमात्मा संगको मिलन)
SOUL LOTUS (अष्ट दल कमल / अष्ट मातृका - अष्ट सिध्दि)
Eight Siddhis (Supernatural powers) are:
1) अणिमा - Aṇimā: Ability to reduce one's size
2) महिमा-Mahima: Ability to increase one's size
3) गरिमा -Garima: Ability to increase one's weight infinitely
4) लघिमा-Laghima: Ability to become lighter than the lightest
5) प्राप्ति-Prāpti: Ability to Obtain anything
6) प्रकाम्य- Prākāmya: Ability to acquire anything desired
7) ईशित्व- Iṣiṭva: Lordship over creation
8 ) वशित्व- Vaśitva: Having control over things

Meaning of Ashta Matrika worshipping :-
Purpose of Astamatrika ( अष्टमातृका पूजा)worshipping is for the removal of obstacles in the self body - mind - house and city caused by unknown evil spirits, ghosts and eight great fears. Besides, a tantric practitioner worships the Astamatrika for the attainment of eight great Siddhis, well being, peace and prosperity.

Signification of ritual items-
1) Rough grain of Rice अक्षता आक्षे - पृथ्वी तत्व ( element of earth)
2) rice paddy धान - जल तत्व ( element of water )
3) black lentil गोलो मास दाल - ( element of fire/ light)
4) black Soybean भटमास- ( element of wind)
5) Popped rice लावा ( ताय् ) - ( element of space/ sky)
सुकुन्दा - गणेश भगवान, कलश- ईष्ट देव
कुचो- ब्रम्हा , खल - कुमार, झम्सी- यमराजको प्रतिक
ख्यलु ईता- आत्म ज्योति, नांग्लो- महादेव, ओखर- सुस्वास्थ्य, ता- जजंका- दिर्घायु, ग्वय् स्वाँ- चाउरी नपर्ने( जवान हुने), त:सी( विमिरा) - शुध्द विचार,

1)अण्डा- Egg= वायु तत्व- element of wind 💨
2) माछा-Fish = जल तत्व- element of water💧
3) बारा- Lentil Patty =आकाश तत्वelement of space 🌌
4) मासु- Meat = पृथ्वी तत्व- element of Earth 🌍
5) रक्सी - Alcohol = तेज तत्व element of Fire 🔥
Meanings of three bites of Khye sagan
ख्ये सगं तीनचोटी खानु पर्ने कारण
1st bite - to increase Physical power देह शक्ति
2nd bite- to increase Will power आत्म शक्ति
3rd bite- to increase Knowledge power ज्ञान शक्ति
