I’ve never heard Leanne talk before, but now that I have, I wish her voice was the voice of my inner monologue. Hearing that accent all the time, and just her personality, I would be happy all the time.
Her voice really is so soothing! I bet she's good at giving hugs. 😊 I know those don't correlate, but it still makes me think that just from listening to her lol.
Leanne Morgon is great. I'm from Canada and after listening to her on the show for 2 hrs, I was saying "Y'all" and telling people at my work that they were "from heaven". I think I called my boss a "darlin' precious angel" at one point. Love the show Nate. You too, Aaron and Broomstick! Let's Goooooooo Folks!!!!
My wife walked in during your ad read for Hello Fresh and said Why does he keep saying mills not meals. I said He's dyslexic. She paused and said I don't think you know what dyslexic means.
Watching this after Leanne has a Netflix Special released and Nate is selling out arenas. I love it. I teared up a little when Leanne talked about those very things in this episode. 😳 💜 🙏🏼
I love Leanne’s storytelling and have binged watched her bits. She does stay true to herself and I appreciate that. Nice to have a different voice on the podcast.
I am so glad you all had Leanne Morgan on the podcast. I'd never heard of her before but I've been watching her clips on TH-cam all day and I cannot believe she hasn't had a special on Netflix yet. She's very, very funny.
This has been my favorite episode yet! No lie, I was going to send an email to Banjo three days ago asking to get Leanne Morgan on the show, but I didn’t know how to get in touch. I am a 23 year old Nigerian, yet I find her stories so relatable. I have an insane mum that she reminds me of and just like her bluegrass-listening son, my family thinks that I’m an “old-soul”. Similarly, my favorite music is old Nigerian high-life music which literally no one listens to anymore. She is so *darlin’ *and brightens up my day every time I listen to her. Glad to see a female comic on- especially this one. P.S.: For future reference, anyone know the email address to reach Bungalow through?
I started listening to nateland on Spotify while I did yard work over the summer and after the john crist episode I realized these guys posted it on TH-cam and I have never gone back to just listening. It makes the podcast 100x better watching them and seeing the google searches while Nate tries to find euphemisms and the right words. Sometimes I watch while I drive long distances too. I literally love nateland and every Wednesday when it comes out is the best day.
I really appreciate Nate's view of audience! I love feeling like all y'all could be my friend and neighbor! Relatable. That's what helps make it so funny!
In the first few minutes I thought I was going to be bored with this episode. (Listened to the audio only). But it turned out to be a great episode. Leanne is such a sweet, likeable person. I kept noticing myself just smiling, listening to her stories. I will definitely be looking up some more of her stuff!
I honestly wasn't expecting it, but this turned out to be one of my favorite episodes so far! It was cool to get an even deeper inside look on their thought processes.
I, for one, really like that Nate's guests are his friends and not celebrities he isn't close with. There are enough shows out there that interview celebrities. I watch Nateland for the authenticity, and I think the current dynamic with guests who are friends or his sister's coworker nails it.
I hope Nate gets paid extra for the ads because this is the only podcast I listen to ads for because of how funny they are. When Leanne (the resident Solo Stove expert) went on about the Solo Stove, I was dying.
I love everything Nate, and also Leanne. The way each of them talks and pronounces words just gets me. Most southern people are salt of the 🌎 awesome. These 2 are those kind of people. They are just naturally funny.
This was the most delightful episode. I have never heard Leanne but she is such a GEM! I will definitely be looking into her. Brian gave absolutely precious 2022 predictions 🥺. I will say that the amount of times that Leanne touched Aaron’s arm was > 10 😂. Guys this was a good one. Thank you for all of the laughs you’ve provided for me in 2021. ❤️
Two of my favorite comedians. I saw down to watch someone you had mentioned with my kids and my mom, because they have traditionally been "clean". Within the first five minutes, there was so much language that I had to turn it off. I'm glad you don't label yourself, but I'm glad you can be hilarious with using bad words as a crutch, and also so I can share it with my kids and they can enjoy it, too.
OMG two of my favorite comedians together!❤❤❤❤ I too run that spectrum of loving Tom Segura, Melaney, Chapelle etc. I'd love to see Nateland book Jim Gaffigan! They are both so low-key, a nap might occur spontaneously. Lol.
That "Mmm" moment the four of you had was great! Either I've gotten used to your accents, or Leanne Morgan's is just that much more noticeable. Great episode, keep bringing the heat!
I grew up in Dubuque, Iowa & Leann’s description of it is the best one I’ve ever heard! 😂 “They all- because it snows there all the time- they just drink alcohol. All the time…”
I love Leanne so much! Saw her this past year in Des Moines. She’s just a naturally funny person that so many women can relate to. On another note, my daughter was just accepted and plans to attend Union University in Jackson in the fall. We aren’t from Tennessee but loved the school. Any Natelanders know anything about UU?
Goodness!! This episode feels like Christmas all over again! It's like I have just found the lunch table I have been waiting to join since I was 7! Many thanks and wishing health and happiness for all of you in the new year! 💜
Loved this conversation. Love Leanne Morgan’s comedy and I love y’all, too. Great conversation about being grateful to your audience, there is so much contempt lately from celebs about their customers, and fans, and audiences and you start to wonder if it’s just you being too sensitive. Maybe not. To a fast of white flour and sugar and no drinking during the week. Except yesterday, maybe, but I was so mad at my dog groomer and had to not rip her head off so it shouldn’t count. But if you say all that in Leanne’s accent it sounds so much funnier.
Listening to her talk about not having a Special yet is precious and inspiring because the reason I'm watching this A YEAR LATER is because I saw her on the Netflix lineup. God bless her and congratulations on how her career is taking off!❤🤣🙏
Leanne was great, I hope she can come back for another episode. Speaking of her accent, I think a show on accents would be interesting. I was born and raised in Las Vegas and moved to Charleston, SC when I was 35. I was surprised to see that there were several dialects (dye-a-lekts) just within the south alone.
Breakfast helping Nate with “pertinent” felt like when I help my 5 year old read… Also, I am a teacher and I often tell my students the only way to get better at reading is by reading. We are now 80 episodes in and Nateland is proving otherwise.
You're a teacher and still chose to publicly shame someone for their reading ability? I feel sorry for your students! Maybe you should have your 5 year old read you the research on how shame and punishment affect learners with reading difficulties.
This was the best episode to date. First you guys are so genuine and sincere and want to make the best shows for your fans, and it shows. I think that is why you are all ( all 4 of you Leanne too) are such fan favorites, and favorites of mine. Leanne is wonderful, I have listened to her before she was on your pod. BUT.... DUBUQUER (ask Dorf how to pronounce, he should know ) checking in here! Yes it snows here ALOT, and we drink ALOT! when it does! I love that she was here and told that story. Any of you are welcome here any time.. would love to have Leanne, Nate, Aaron or Breakfast here! (get directions from Dorf ;) ) Thanks as always for doing the podcast , makes work go fast on Wednesdays! Your all the best!
That's amazing that y'all got Leanne Morgan to appear on the episode about Leanne Morgan. That's like having Seinfeld on the episode about Seinfeld. Great guest and episode. Looking forward to seeing Nate, and hopefully both proprietors of the Breakfast Grill, in February.
I didn’t know Leann but after the podcast I watched a ton of her clips on TH-cam and laughed so hard. I hope your right Breakfast and she gets a special this year! Hilarious!!
I’m from Tennessee and I still hang out with all my high school and college friends even though I moved away decades ago. My mom lives in Spain and she also is close to all her friends from elementary through college friends. It’s more a Tennessee thing than any other part of the country I visit. I remember reading in an encyclopedia a lifetime ago that people from Tennessee are usually life long friend and rarely move away from the state. 75% of the people I grew up with are still there. 25% of the people my daughter grew up with in Florida are still there. It’s part of our culture growing up in Tennessee and most people don’t relate.
I found Leanne before I found Nate. I was telling my friend about Leanne and how she reminded me of her. She told me about Nate and how his dry humor reminded her of me. Love them both so much! What a treat to have both of them on one show together.
I would never put these 2 genius comics together but bravo Nate✌️👍so different & tickle different parts of my funny bone but uber fan of both these 2👏👏👏
This was my favorite Nateland to-date. We have tickets to see Leanne in Memphis this year and I can honestly say, with all due respect to George Strait, that she is not my George Strait. There is no way I’d pay that kind of money to see George Strait. She’s more like my Cage The Elephant or Tame Impala. Anyway, great show, fantastic guest and shoutout to Harper for letting you to know it was time to wrap it up.
Love her story .. she started in a tough circumstance with 3 kids, in her early thirties and more recently realized she needed younger guys to handle her social media. making the right moves .. gonna check out her comedy. that accent is mad strong too lol
And this podcast has once again introduced me to another new(to me) stand-up comedian! Just added Leanne's So Yummy album to my Apple Music library. Btw, she looks a lot like Holly Flax from the Office. ;-)
Great stuff guys I missed Leanne this year I really wanted to make it to her peoria il show. I can't wait to see nate in davenport all you guys are great keep up the great work. Speaking of gaffigan his new special is great.
Come on, Netflix, you big dummies. Give Leanne a special and let the money roll in. She’s America’s mom! She’ll murder! Also, just bought tickets to her SLC show in February.
Let’s go folks! Loved this episode! Leanne was so awesome. Question for you all. My wife got us tickets to see Nate in Boise in February. She has never been into stand up so she hasn’t heard any of Nate’s stuff. Do you think I should educate her with some of Nate’s old material or just let her go in blind?
Question for Nate, Aaron and my cousin, Barnaby… Do any of you know a comedian whose style is similar to your own who has a bit that you wish you’d written for your own act? If so, who is it and what is the bit? Side note, we love the show. My wife and I are both teachers and the last couple of years have been especially tough for educators. Your podcast has been a huge lift in what can sometimes become an overwhelming week. We’ve seen you on the last 2 tours in Louisville and hope to see you again on “The Raincheck Tour” in Indiana or Kentucky. PS: I’m turning 50 next month so I’m Brian’s growing pains with each episode. Keep up the good work!!
Because they're all comedians, I was sure the segment would end with Leanne saying, "Did y'all say SOLO Stoves? Oh. No, the ones my family loves are their big competitor! Never you mind." That would have been hilarious. (But I want Leanne to come back!)
The thought of broomstick using a time machine only to travel back in time to be his own best friend and go to a baseball games is hilarious. Also, I would pay double to go to one of his comedy shows where he bombs the whole time while the crowd shuffles around around and does other things like a photo booth and lining up for a buffet. I would cry laughing for the entire 45 minutes.
I agree with Nate's comment about clean comedians having less competition. It is true. Personally - I only listen to clean comedians for two reasons. 1) I don't like spending time with people who curse all of the time. I view entertainment as allowing people into my house via my tv. 2) Clean comedians have more talent than comedians that need to curse in order to be funny.
I love when you get Nate talking about comedy. I thought the funniest line in "The Standups" was when you were talking about the pipeline and you said, "I don't even know where it's at." Can you talk about arriving at that as a punchline when it isn't even really a joke. How did you figure out that would be funny? Love the podcast, guys. Thank you!
Anyone else hear “racist cop” instead of “Reese’s cup” when Leanne was talking about the Solo Stove? I had to back it up and play it again to make sure I wasn’t hearing things!
Eat a Sour Patch Kid Challenge: everytime she says "Darlin'," everytime Nate mispronounces a word, and everytime Nate says "Unbelievable!" I am currently negative 5 sour patch kids and my tongue is numb! Haha
Just glad you finally got a woman on the show! Proves someone other than the girl who runs Batesville is funny. But to be honest...I thought that LeAnne had a British Accent when she first opened her mouth. My prediction for 2022 is that the name Brumplestilskon takes off for Brian.
Post modern, RE: furniture, found in every furnished apartment in the late 1970’s. It’s spindly legged side tables, chairs, beds. Think less cost to make. It’s making comeback in new furniture which creeps me out. College and crazy rental situations comes rolling back upon seeing it. PTSD.
Hello Folks!!! Nathaniel, Aaronstotle, and Berkenstocks! I for one would gladly purchase show notes or whatever else you want to sell for charity, as long as it goes to "Little Albert's Home for Kids Who Can't Steal Bases". Maybe you can get the "Billy Mayes" of Podcasts, LEANNE MORGAN, to help out! Love the show and I watch all of Nate's internet videos just like I've always watched Norm MacDonald. Norm was always my go to guy, but Nate is almost there! If your goal is to make folks laugh, then your life has already been a success! Thanks to you Nick, the Golden Domer, and Bass Boat for all you do!
Honestly- I guess I thought she was intentionally talking this southern but after this podcast it just shows she really does talk this way at all times. I like her better now. She’s really quick witted and hilarious. And decent !
I’ve never heard Leanne talk before, but now that I have, I wish her voice was the voice of my inner monologue. Hearing that accent all the time, and just her personality, I would be happy all the time.
🤣 love this

“When a joke works, you can fill it.” Lol
😂😂😂😅😅😂😂
Nate, have you had a screening for Irlen Syndrome? Just curious.
Appreciate your keeping humor clean~ truly need to be more clever and witty 👍🏼
Watching this after Leanne has a Netflix Special released and Nate is selling out arenas. I love it. I teared up a little when Leanne talked about those very things in this episode. 😳 💜 🙏🏼
I just love her. So cool to see good people having good things happen
Wow thank you NATELAND for introducing me to this HILARIOUS WOMAN! 😂😂😂
Leanne is a delightful down to earth guest. Enjoyed listening to her road stories😊. Please get her a Netflix special.
This has been my favorite episode yet! No lie, I was going to send an email to Banjo three days ago asking to get Leanne Morgan on the show, but I didn’t know how to get in touch. Leanne is from my hometown…everyone just loves her! Funny lady 😊
So cute when Nate starts rubbing his legs when he’s trying to concentrate on the ads. He’s just precious ❤
Easily love any opportunity to hear Leanne speak, lockdown gave me her talent in abundance and I'm a fan full stop.
I really appreciate Nate's view of audience! I love feeling like all y'all could be my friend and neighbor! Relatable. That's what helps make it so funny!

I just left basically the same comment. The first few minutes I thought it was going to be a slow one. By the end I really enjoyed it.
I, for one, really like that Nate's guests are his friends and not celebrities he isn't close with. There are enough shows out there that interview celebrities. I watch Nateland for the authenticity, and I think the current dynamic with guests who are friends or his sister's coworker nails it.

This is the most southern person I've ever heard😂 it's amazing
@benosaro9331 I live in middle TN and her accent is very common here. She is hilarious!
This itty bitty podcast is so precious. All these comedians are just daarling, they really are 😆
I love Leanne! Thanks for having her on ❤
Leanne is starting to blowup. I saw her TH-cam stuff and it's good to see more and more people are getting to see her.
It's about dang time! She and Nate both have the cleanest comedy, and I love it. 💯 recommend.
I really appreciate how passionate he got at 52:00. thats real gratitude!!!!!
I'm from England so I've never heard of Leanne Morgan but she seems nice & makes these three sound like New Yorkers......boy thats a strong accent
I love everything Nate, and also Leanne. The way each of them talks and pronounces words just gets me. Most southern people are salt of the 🌎 awesome. These 2 are those kind of people. They are just naturally funny.
Leanne is so funny. I've never heard "Gout" said as a six syllable word before :-)
If you’re not saying “gout” with at least six syllables are you even saying it right?? 😂😂😂😂
Maybe 4
This was the most delightful episode. I have never heard Leanne but she is such a GEM! I will definitely be looking into her. Brian gave absolutely precious 2022 predictions 🥺. Breakfast helping Nate with “pertinent” felt like when I help my 5 year old read… Also, I am a teacher and I often tell my students the only way to get better at reading is by reading. We are now 80 episodes in and Nateland is proving otherwise.
Lol, I felt the same way. It felt like my Dad reading the sales paper aloud lol
Nate might need some professional tutoring to make a real progress...
Nate's daughter could help him with his reading skills!
You're a teacher and still chose to publicly shame someone for their reading ability? I feel sorry for your students!
Maybe you should have your 5 year old read you the research on how shame and punishment affect learners with reading difficulties.
@@deannad9105 Somehow, I think Nate- a 42 year old man- will get over it.
What a gem of a lady. That accent❤.
Love you, Leanne!! You’re great, Nate!!! ❤❤❤❤
This was the best episode to date. First you guys are so genuine and sincere and want to make the best shows for your fans, and it shows. (get directions from Dorf ;) ) Thanks as always for doing the podcast , makes work go fast on Wednesdays! Your all the best!
This has been my favorite episode to date!!! I’ve never heard Leanne - what a treat!!!
Love Leanne!!
Leanne we LOVE you! Nate, you are so funny! Missed you in Johnson city😢 but I know you’ll be coming again!
Btw, she looks a lot like Holly Flax from the Office. ;-)
I love Leann and I love Nate. Everyone truly. Nate is special. I’m always allow and Nate makes me laugh out loud.
They saw your comment
And sadly her Netflix show is not as good as a lot of other videos I have seen from her. I still hope she makes a windfall from it
Love Leanne’s voice!!
Leanne is the everything that’s right with the south
I’m an Aussie & I reckon Leanne is everything that’s right with the world ☺️🫶❤️
😊
Let’s go folks! Loved this episode! Leanne was so awesome. Question for you all. My wife got us tickets to see Nate in Boise in February. She has never been into stand up so she hasn’t heard any of Nate’s stuff. Do you think I should educate her with some of Nate’s old material or just let her go in blind?
I want to start calling everyone "My darlin'" at the end of my sentences. Lol ;-)
I'm so addicted to these podcasts. I'm going to need an intervention.
I love Leanne! Just watched her new Netflix special and it was great!
Question for Nate, Aaron and my cousin, Barnaby…
Do any of you know a comedian whose style is similar to your own who has a bit that you wish you’d written for your own act?
If so, who is it and what is the bit?
Side note, we love the show. My wife and I are both teachers and the last couple of years have been especially tough for educators. Your podcast has been a huge lift in what can sometimes become an overwhelming week. We’ve seen you on the last 2 tours in Louisville and hope to see you again on “The Raincheck Tour” in Indiana or Kentucky.
PS: I’m turning 50 next month so I’m Brian’s growing pains with each episode.
Keep up the good work!!
"Someone wrote into me and I don't see why they would lie to me" - Nate "I trust everyone on the internet" Bargatze
Today's episode of Nateland: Solo Stoves Feat. Leanne Morgan
Because they're all comedians, I was sure the segment would end with Leanne saying, "Did y'all say SOLO Stoves? Oh. No, the ones my family loves are their big competitor! Never you mind." That would have been hilarious. (But I want Leanne to come back!)
I’m buying the solo stove totally based on the conversation.
Y’all are making me cry, so sweet ❤
The thought of broomstick using a time machine only to travel back in time to be his own best friend and go to a baseball games is hilarious.
Also, I would pay double to go to one of his comedy shows where he bombs the whole time while the crowd shuffles around around and does other things like a photo booth and lining up for a buffet. I would cry laughing for the entire 45 minutes.
❤ Leanne is just the greatest.
Love this podcast🤣!
Great episode

My two favorites along with Cho. Can’t wait to see your shows in person.
Love her ❤

1:00:19 for the greatest in-Podcast advertisement ever. #FrickinSoloStove
I love good people. And all four of you (and Dusty as well) are good people. Stay that way forever.
I like that every male comic is just a feature and "The Wife" and Leanne Morgan get their own episode lol
Eat a Sour Patch Kid Challenge: everytime she says "Darlin'," everytime Nate mispronounces a word, and everytime Nate says "Unbelievable!" I am currently negative 5 sour patch kids and my tongue is numb! Haha
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Love LeeAnn Morgan!
Leanne is like a southern Holly Flax. So sweet and some might even call her darling.
New episode? Let's go!
Just glad you finally got a woman on the show! Proves someone other than the girl who runs Batesville is funny. But to be honest...I thought that LeAnne had a British Accent when she first opened her mouth. My prediction for 2022 is that the name Brumplestilskon takes off for Brian.
You should have Trey Kennedy as a guest on your podcast!! Best combo ever!
Post modern, RE: furniture, found in every furnished apartment in the late 1970’s. It’s spindly legged side tables, chairs, beds. Think less cost to make. It’s making comeback in new furniture which creeps me out. College and crazy rental situations comes rolling back upon seeing it. PTSD.
Aye!!!! Awesome Ep! I’ll see you at THE UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON FEB 12th!!! Keep it funny and unpredictable.
Lol.... Bonanza, ponderosa 2 different restaurants 😂😂 Love these guys
Nate,, gonna come see you in Charleston SC next month for my Birthday!!! 2nd time live!!! I will have a sign that says.... "You're my Walmart!!!
Aaronstotle is solid.
much love from Knoxville!
Boat ramp should come out to that Charlie Brown sad song. Which is also played a bunch in arrested development which is a great show!
I'll take position two. Congrats Teddy on being #1. I'm jealous!
I usually would sell it, but for you, I’ll give you my autograph for free
No clue who this is but this is exactly what I thought a Leanne Morgan to sound like.
Hey Nate. I know you did a special recently. But we’re going to need one every 6 months from you. At the most a year. Can’t get enough bud.
Please have Drew and Ellie Holcomb on sometime. That would be an awesome show.
This had me thinking, maybe I should get a Solo Stove
Honestly- I guess I thought she was intentionally talking this southern but after this podcast it just shows she really does talk this way at all times. I like her better now. She’s really quick witted and hilarious. And decent !
