TFL block disabled people from using Westminster tube

Transport for London are servicing the lift at Westminster tube station. Signs indicate disabled people should use a side-door, but there was no entrance there, no indication as to what to do, and no way for disabled people to contact staff. TFL are clearly demonstrating contempt for disabled people.
