Aside from Europe, I feel like these are some of the best looking courses we see pros playing. Last year and this year the Tour Down Under series has been my favorite of the year. Looking forward to the Euro swing this year.
I feel for you Luke. I had a disaster hole recently as well. took a 9 on a simple 430ft downhill par 3 ob right ob left ob long. 3 ob strokes off the right side then a chainout from 65ft to save the 8
I don’t think that’s a permanent course. But I don’t think that’s the best course in Auckland anyways. If you do come down here, prioritise the lower South Island. The best courses and scenery are down here
In the middle of an unknown orchard all you see is trees and sky, you can get disoriented easily. 30 seconds isnt enough to run out and get exact bearings. He seemed calm about a +7 and i can see how it happens. Sucks though.
Disc golf is my favourite sport, it shows how good and bad a star player can be. I can’t wait for the snow and ice to disappear and the season shifts to the ripe time of disc golf!
Burridge is using one ear piece in this video, and Weatherman does the same thing in FPO. Any ideas as to what the one ear piece is being used for...reduce noise in just one ear, but why not wear two? listen to music? some kinda time pacing sounds?
How do you go from an Eagle 3 to a 12 on the same hole lol.....only Luke Humphries does that. He would have 3 or 4 more wins on the tour if he wasnt the biggest choker outside of Kevin Jones. Crazy. I still hope he wins though. One of my fav players but I call it as I see it.
@ 1. Barney is not my name. 2. Not a hot take, facts. Sad but true but I call it as I see it. He has done this over and over again when he is up multiple strokes.
I'm just here to throw some love at Luke. Have a great third round my man.
Oh my that Luke meltdown hole. I truly appreciate the honest, calm, and likely painful commentary.
Its not painful. He is used to it lol
and come on Go Throw , you dont even have the graphics for +7 bogey? lazy :P

A 12 on 12 is absolutely brutal, feel for Luke.
My god Luke... So impressed keeping it together. That will be the most impressive thing thru this tournament. Kudos!
Luke commentating on his blow up rounds: name a more iconic duo
This course is brutal. The commentary is beauty
Bass Master Paul - Ned Rig - Oman attempting to give Luke some solid advice while treading as lightly as possible on hole 12 hahah
Dont think ive ever taken a 9 stroke difference on any hole ever, let alone back to back days. That was crazy.
How was it back to back days? Didn’t he eagle it on day 1? Just curious as to what you meant.
Wait I see what you mean now. A 3 on day one and a 12 on day two. 9 strokes
@ericjwebster1 3 the first day and 12 the 2nd day is a 9 stroke difference.
WOW
Loving the tour down under and looking forward to watching the go throw tour this season
Great coverage - brutal hole!
Lukes the goat for commentating this round

This tour has made me want to take a trip to new Zealand

The Orchard is permanent.
But it has restricted times.
Taupo spa park is worth visiting for.
Maclaren Falls near tauranga is pretty nice, too.
Animation on that blowup hole got me 😂 Luke owes the media guys some beers
LFG LUKE HUMPHRIES🥏
ty
Holy $h!+ humphries on hole 12 🥺

Luke is a legendary choke artist!
hes streaky
Always one of you lurking, isn't there? Here's hoping you have a comfy chair to work from!
@@MrCornaldo he threw o.b like 5 times on one hole haha diabolical work.
"One of us, one of us, one of us" my thoughts seeing a pro take a number like that on 12
Tough break Luke
Hope for better weather for the final: bring out some fans.
Love ya Luke! You shook that 12 off like a champ
Hugs Luke, brutal.
That horse didn't throw you off, Luke. It bucked you off, kicked you in the head, and then had it's way with you...twice!
Disc golf is my favourite sport, it shows how good and bad a star player can be.
I can’t wait for the snow and ice to disappear and the season shifts to the ripe time of disc golf!
Luke I don't understand how you did that. I watched it twice. Your brain must have been a pretzel.
"Got a new color out for you"...
👍👍!!
ouch that par 5...
6.30 Foot Fault.
are players expected to call these on themselves? Once off the tee, cardmates are going to be so scattered nobody else is ever going to pick up on it.

Probably music but you need to be able to hear your cardmates
Pretty sure you can't have one in both ears. New rule.
@Reedfrost....ah, interesting thank YOU!
@SamMathewsOfficial...much appreciated, makes sense, and good to know!
Hole 12 is just a really bad hole. Lukes game was perfectly under control before this hole.
Fluke Humphries. That was a Twilight Zone hole.

Yikes! That sucks Luke
wasn't that a 13, not a 12? 5 OBs and a missed putt....? hmmm....
5 OB throws = 5 +5
Then 2 putts =10+2
Whole bunch of 850 rated guys having some 1000 rated opinions. Y’all would’ve taken a 25 on hole 12 stfu
Nice 12 by Luke "Tin Cup" Humphries
I am a Humphries fan....but holy fuck what a choke artist. Ever see him not blow a lead?
EXACTLY!
Usually he waits for the final round but the rain must have sped things up for him.

@@Tokeletheon I dont think so, Barney. Check the facts ya putz.
I cheated and looked at the scores. This should be interesting.
Luke is starting to become the worst player while having a lead. Crazy
Only player worse is prob Kevin Jones. Dont they hang out? Birds of a feather really do flock together.
@@MH-hk7vrBird brain. You're an embarrassment.
Bro what do you even call a 7 over par on 12? ouch.
