They overcome the shyness right at the moment and trying over and over again until they get it done, whether it's a language or a dancing or singing or acting. They are actually trained to overcome those awkward situationsl. Maybe it's not a artist thing but Koreans in general are humble at acknowledging their weaknesses and overcoming it right away.
