  • AMI Model A Jukebox circa 1946 fully restored.
Purchased this unit about 10-11 years ago and personally restored it to near original condition (considering that its 74 years old). I have restored 3 other jukeboxes and 5 pinball machines over the last 15 years as a hobby (non professional). This was my keeper up until recently when I decided to replace it with a 45 rpm machine.
Had fun restoring this one. Took it all apart down to the bare wood cabinet.
Anything that could be cleaned was cleaned
Anything that need painted or stained was painted or stained
Amp has new capacitors and new critical resistors (from kit)
    All new lighting system
New rotating lights in base (added feature on some models
    Draperies in play area replaced
    Completely lubricated and adjusted
    New Cartridge and needle
New Title Card to match the records
20 hand selected vintage 78's installed (included)
Copy of instruction manual and schematic included
I just pulled this unit into my garage and serviced it. It's working flawlessly and is really shining.

The difference between 'P' & 'PN' is the type of pickup in the tone arm. 'P' for piezo electric-crystal & 'PN' is for a ceramic pickup like what was original to this machine. The control adds a bit of gain or volume to the input tube.

Amp didn't sound too healthy . Loud power supply hum when it warmed up.
