My children grew up making tents in our family room. I would leave for a few weeks in the summer with really good memories.
I was a stay home mom, and my children had not much to clean up.. I enjoyed all their little messy days. Know they are a adults and we have such a amazing relationship.

Tents are fun! I grew up in the 70's and enjoyed making them with my siblings. We lived in the midwest and had a finished basement. My parents let us make them and keep them up! What fun it was!

I miss not being able to keep a clean house because of Health issues, I have to rely on my husband to keep the house cleaned, but he doesn’t do it the way I do it and it is hard. I like a clean house.

I love that you allow your children to be children and make a mess!! They're only small for such a short time. A friend once told me she went visiting a woman with a few small children, there were no toys in sight, everything pristine, like a show house. She brought the children something that spilled and the mother freaked, gave out to the children (who already looked miserable when she came) and the woman felt very uncomfortable. She said it was nearly too distressing to visit again and pitied the poor children.

My basil is thriving too! I chopped a bunch for eggs and tomatoes this past weekend. Am currently waging war against the wretched slugs and now the squirrels who keep digging holes in my beds and pots! Slugs are down for the count after spreading pet/wildlife-safe bait, and my basil is no longer covered in chomp marks. However, the squirrels will require other tactics! Back to the war room. Love your videos as always, so inspiring and a great moment of my day ♥️

You haven't shown the TEMU haul. But I must warn you. It is from China. I would tell you they will get into you charge cards and your business. Yes they are cheap. But as the saying goes. If it looks to good to be true, It is!! Joyce
They have been sending boxes of stuff to many of my TH-cam friends and they sent cheap stuff. just like the Chinese do.

Your basketball hoop reminded me… When we were growing up, our neighbors had a pool with a floating basketball hoop, and they also had a volleyball net. We spent so many hours in the pool using those!

Hi I like your videos I as a grandma like that you don't have your munchkins in the videos and this part is probably dumb but I like that you don't do the pillow chop to me the pillow chop means you don't have enough stuffing in them but yours are nice and fluffy lol
When you can't do a pillow chop in the pillow it doesn't necessarily mean the pillow doesn't have enough filling. It just means it's filled with acrylic or similar material that doesn't take to the chop.

Well, there’s a new standard now for wearing white workout slacks. No one looks quite as good as you do in them and I know that reflects a lot of your hard work. What I don’t understand is allowing kids to use the living room and those beautiful white couches for play forts. I completely understand the value of creative play in forts as our kids did that as well. But I feel like there’s a time and a place for that. Someone mentioned the idea of a hobby from where the kids could get creative, build structures paint do crafts. And also to have the kids really helped pick up after their playtime. You did a lot of things that I feel. They could have also helped you with. Perhaps this video was made intentionally without the cleanup so that that would be your content. This is not a criticism just a thought and a question.

Fancy allowing kids thrashing the place like this when they already have a play area upstairs to do this, kids should learn to respect what they are given like a house to live in, teaching them to be tidy it's not a crime, it makes s them tidy adults.
