There is an even higher quality version in Miwa's new released albums "Whistle~kimi to sugoshita hibi~" which is exactly the song in this video, in full CD quality. Google it. There's even one for piano.
this is the version that you would want to listen to but unfortunately the people who put the ost together decided not to include the acoustic version and piano versions, they did put it as a score but not with the song in the slow pace. its really silly, and I doubt you can find this anywhere unless they decide to release it or some once leaks it.
