Thank you. Its work. For other that have trouble to make the printer into service mode, just pull the power plug, let printer power drain off. After that, push as the 3 button as the video do while plugged in back the power cord.
Thanks! This was the only procedure I could find that worked for my G4200 printer/scanner. Everything still prints green (as it did before the error message appeared), but at least I can now perform a "Deep Clean". Thanks again!

I have G4111 with firmware version 1.04 at work. I had hold the start button *first* and *then* press the stop button 6 times. After that, everything is exactly as in the video.
- Turn off printer - While Press “On button” and - Press “Stop button” 5 times - (black screen) - Wait for 20 seconds until green stop blinking - Press stop button again 5 times - Press stop button once - Wait 50 seconds and press on button 2 times - Wait for 15 seconds and press on button (blinking) - Printer turned off - Press on button once I hope it works in others

@@wonderfulstuffs7774 If you already have the error code, you cannot upgrade your firmware. Without the firmware you cannot use this fix. Ask me how I know 🤬

Firmware needs to be upgraded to 1.07 for this to work, but it does work!
