- Hey everyone! So I finally did it....I FINALLY updated to the current version after being over 10 updates behind and I want to give another huge shoutout to Phantom for helping me figure out a way to do it all in one go because that would have been massively stressful otherwise.

Happy to help. 😄Also Myalite is my favorite block type. If a pack has quark on Modern MC then my base always becomes all Myalite once I have end access. Of course in this pack it took a bit for them to update, but once it did, I mined it for a long time. 😆 I also have a quarry bee making it passively since they can produce most stones.

If you want to wirelessly transfer items from the chunk destroyer you have a few options. The quantum ring from AE2, as i mentioned previously is one option and does not require a huge system to be built. RS has the network receiver and transmitter which will do the same job.
The quantum ring will require the singularities, the transmitter and reciever require network cards. Whichever storage system you choose, you have a solution. If you cant tell I love network mods like these 😁
Yesss that's right! I have that written down but since I'm switching back to RS for my main storage I needed to think of other options but you've just answered that for me with the network receiver and transmitter which is what I will be using when I automate the orb with a Modular Router/Netherite crafter. :D
@@Creothina the network receiver and transmitter are cross dimensional as of 1.16. So you won't need to use range cards.
Fun fact, you can dye the transmitter and receiver. As well
The simplest AE autocrafting method is definitely the controller cube (a 7x7x7 frame of controllers filled with alternating pattern providers and molecular assemblers filled with acceleration cards) since it uses the internal channels on a controller frame, it makes it very easy to use. The only external part would be to throw off a dense cable and place down crafting CPUs.
The upside of AE2 for automation is that pattern providers add a return inventory for recipe outputs to be returned to like a RS crafter and interface in one block, and the versatility of being able to make AE2 components into cable-attached variants.

@@Creothina For sure, I've gotten into my backlog of Steam games even, been playing Techtonica (would recommend if you like Factorio and/or Satisfactory) a bit of Sky Greg (which is basically an easy-mode GT only pack, and doing some spring cleaning.
@@andr0oS Good god....Sky Greg?! That sounds torturous but also intriguing because I feel it would help one learn about the mod itself. lol
@@Creothina It's definitely that kind of pack, but it mitigates a lot of the issues with regular Gregtech by making all the resources equally easy to get. It's got a great discord community and tutorial-like quest book too.
I use my digital miner with a filter when I need a specific ore...it excells at finding and mining it quickly

oooh that strange, what I understand the BOP no longer making any changes to 1.20.1 as they have said they will only focus on last two latest version which is now 1.20.4, hence why there is no BOP for fabric prior to that 1.20.4
Yeah I checked, no change in new world with latest BOP for 1.20.1, still purple
It isn't something that's required for curseforge specifically it's just what happens when you go through a giant jump like that with updates. Phantom explained it well with going from beta versions to a further down the line version and code getting messed up so that's why I did it the way I did as per their suggestion.
Not sure why my grass isn't purple since I'm on the most recent version and I've checked many settings to see what would have caused it so that's odd.
I've checked my new world as well and the grass is the same blue/grey there too. Oh whale....guess I'm stuck without my purple grass. lol

I'm not sure if you saw my last post on Ad Astra/Galacticraft. I posted a link to a video and TH-cam whacked my reply. I found a series that covers the whole Galacticraft mod. Hermitcraft's very own Hypno did a playthrough of Project Ozone 3 Kappa Mode a couple of years ago. The relevant episodes are 87 - 92.

Hi again! im back with some more botania tid bits, this is gonna be a long read so get ready.
The thorn chakram is crafted with 8 vines and 1 terrasteel, it works like a boomerang and doesnt do much damage at first until you upgrade it. The flare chakram is an upgraded version of the thorn chakram: its crafted using 2 thorn chakrams, 6 blaze powder, and 1 pixie dust. The flare chakram overall does more damage than the thorn chakram, both chakrams can stack up to 6 and will only go back into your inventory if theres an open slot.
Pasture seeds are a great way of spreading grass, theyre obtained from dropping grass into a mana pool. when right clicked on dirt they spread grass in about a 5x5 area, the pasture seeds can be combined with other materials to create some unique botania grass (including a really pretty purple and gold one).
The shard of laputa is a one time use tool able to create floating islands, theyre crafted with 3 gaia spirits, 1 dragonstone, 2 prismarine crystals, and 1 rune of air and earth. The shards range can be upgraded using gaia spirits, the max range is 33.
Incense is basically a portable beacon, the incense stick can be crafted with a livingwood twig, a ghast tear, and blaze powder. The incense stick can be infused in the botanical brewery to get potion effects, these effects can last anywhere from 25 minutes to up to 8 hours. The incense sticks can be placed on an incense plate and are lit with flint and steel, the effect will wear off if you move 30 blocks away from the incense plate. Luminzers allow for easy transport, they can move in any direction in a 20 block radius allowing for cool looking elevators. Luminzers are crafted using 1 dragonstone, 1 red string, and 2 glowstone dust.
Luminizers work by binding paths together with the wand of the forest, mobs can also be put on the luminizers path using a luminzer launcher and a redstone signal. The pinkinator is a somewhat rare drop from gaia tier 2 which can turn the wither friendly. Now for some gaia stuff: Gaia cannot take more than 25 damage at a time, she's immune to fire,ambient status effects below 8 seconds *beacon or incense* will be cleared when the fight starts, a gaia head can rarely be dropped if you kill gaia with an elementium axe.
Lastly the alfheim portal will close if both mana pools are empty, the portal will stay open if one pools has mana in it but you wont be able to trade, if both pools have mana in them the portal will stay open and you'll be able trade. Theres still a LOT more I didnt mention *such as the coreporea network* but i hope any of this helps you when you do botania, Goodluck!

did you test without the apo bosses? because the treasure goblins drops loot and gems without apo bosses. so most likely the drygmys can not farm apo bosses for the boss loot.
to sort out the doggy problem....the only viable option is...... tame another wolf, so then one can be loot goblin III and one can be sploot.
with mekanism, to speed up the machines more make tier upgrades, they can then process more items at once. Also have 1 fully tier upgraded metalurgic infuser dedicated to each of: coal, Redstone, diamond, and refined obsidian. then possibly a spare (basic one will do) for gold (for the holram for the reactor when you get there) and biomass and anything else that can go into them. this way you dont have to clear the inventories. also if you put the infusables (coal redstone ect) into the enrichment chamber they will last 8x as long.

Dang, you need to stop with the chandelier and listen to Jack. The towers he described are what I actually built in my own world. The chandelier is a more efficient use of the blocks but a bit more involved to build. Either one is fine but if captain automation has pics go for it

Batch crafting Mekanism base components is fine when you get started, but getting some autocrafting attached to it should be priority numero uno. Either AE2 *or* RS really, get that grind off of you. I really need to see you off of these chests and hoppers. Fully digital storage? Sure, letsgo. I fear I might go mad hearing the creak of another chest opening
You'd totally have more space for builds and stuff if you, idk, *built the 2nd floor to your house* ?? 🤣Come on dude we haven't had a building ep in a while and I am kinda missing having a roof over your character while you craft. Its all in the rain now. You also have the alchemy table, and there's been all this talk about access to blocks. Please make a pretty place for all the crafting you're about to get into. It will help me get over the loss of the pretty purple grass.
You could also move to the Keep, but... idk I'm gonna call it now, there's getting to be a bit too much to move. Maybe just make a second base at the keep? I'm honestly getting a little worried about all these blocks you're plonking down next to your house as she's beginning to look like one of my skyblocks 😅

Treeothina strikes again! xD Quark is mainly a QoL mod, but it does a lot within that, like adding variant blocks, vertical slabs, fast movement down ladders, a bunch of stuff like that, depending on the settings. It also adds a lot of pretty crystals. And crabs. :P
I'm sure you've collected a whole army of crabs to go along with your lil snails. lol

Thanks for paving the way on upgrading to 2.56...I was able to get my server to upgrade and am happily moving into high voltage gregtech as a result!! Too bad ny glitched ad astra doors from 2.43 are still glitched.
I'm glad you could get it updated but that sucks about the doors....I don't know if I have a fix for that. :(

Is there a way you could shift it back with the config files? I don't know how that all actually works, but maybe there's something in there (or maybe someone's made a data pack or something) that can change the grass back to being that pretty purple?
Unfortunately there isn't anything I can do to my knowledge....but it's fine, I'm finding ways around it. lol
Time Traveller wood would be a good addition to a SPACESHIP! build. I wonder how the stripped log looks…

Ugh the Amethyst Rainforest lost ita pretty purple vines. They are the mucky gray/green/purple color 😢😢 thats where mine home was.

1:11:53 I believe you wanted the Enrichment Chamber to make the Enriched Redstone/Diamond etc. so you get more yield when putting the Enriched version in your Metallurgic Infuser vs. the raw materials.
