- ASTRO is the first group I have stanned since the very beginning so I just felt that I should help promote them hehe. I don't know if this would make anyone into an Aroha, but I'm going to try anyways lol. Plus, this should be helpful for those who are already interested, but are too lazy to research on them ;P

For any new Arohas wondering why sometimes there are seven or even eight members, that was before they even debuted and before ASTRO was formed. At that point they were still figuring out who would stay and who would go. Maybe some more Senior Aroha can give more information, but that's the short version of it.

To add to myself, the extra two guys were other trainees at Fantagio who didn't make it into ASTRO. One of their names can be found in their iTeen Uptown Funk dance video they made. I don't remember if I saw anywhere if they remained trainees or left the company or whatever happened to them later.

I already know them better than the back of my hand, so I'm not sure why I'm watching this lmao but this was a really good guide video! The best one I've seen so far :D I really like the editing you did and I think it will be helpful to any new Aroha's out there and just anyone in general looking to know more about ASTRO, so great job!!

I'm not too lazy to research them lol I've already tried. So far, I've only stanned BTS and I always told myself that's how far I'll go into kpop (though I'm pretty deep into that). But I thought I should try a newer group. I'm awful at telling people apart, so using this guide is really helpful! I was super determined to get it right with BTS so I got them quickly, but they have very unique looking members. So far I got Sanha down as I learned about ASTRO a while ago and I love this li'l maknae. I also mostly get Jin Jin, but I'm hoping to get them all figured out soon! Thanks for the video.
Hehe, I'm like that too... but my first kpop group was Super Junior (13 members) so it's much easier to recognize BTS & Astro members... I would recommend watching their predebut show, "Ok Ready", that should help ^^

i'm exactly the same! never thought i'd stan anyone apart from bts (who i have next level stanned lol) but here we are with a new group i couldnt resist. i think i've got the members down but i still get confused with eunwoo, rocky and moonbin...we'll get there one day! i could differentiate sanha immediately aha idk why he has a cute distinctive baby face
It's impossible to resist Astro, they're just too dorky to not love lol. & yeah, hwaiting (with recognizing all the members- watching some of the videos on their official channel might help too hehe)

The thing I love about astro is their clean. They r the most adorable boy group out of all the kpop boy groups. Theyre dances r new fresh clean and their songs too. Unlike bts i really cant listen to their music. I'm not saying I hate bts, their songs r like the same thing over and over.
I love BTS too, so I can't really say that I agree with your opinion of their songs. The members actually write their own songs, so the lyrics are really meaningful, but I guess it's just your personal view. Astro members are really clean and real (down to earth)
Every BTS era is different. With different meanings, concepts, mvs and adding to the bangtan universe plot. The amount of craft that goes into a BTS song is meaningful. How can wings be compared to 2 cool 4 skool. Dark and wild to love myself answer. BTS always are evolving and every era is uniquely different from the last. While having messages to the younger selves in their older albums. No more dream in the dream. No into on. It is a beautiful sentiment to who they were and now are.
Take love yourself: her for example, it’s about loving someone else.
Love yourself: tear being the dark side of love and the negative.
Love yourself: answer is truly finding oneself loving oneself and speaking oneself. It is the journey to find yourself.
It is a trilogy.
I don’t think you’ve listened enough to bts eras to think they’re all the same. Because many people argue BTS changed too much, BTS have grown so much and so beautifully as people it is reflected in their art. Especially with Map of the soul: seven those songs are them, who they are and who they will become.

Astro has always been a group I’ve been meaning to check out when I had the time since last year mainly because there Group name stuck in my head which is surprising since my memory is horrible (which is 1 of the reasons I don’t support many groups I physically can’t remember names of so many idols LOL) but been so busy with my boys Winner and my girls Gfriend but I had time today and I listened to all there songs and am IN ^_^ the boys scream talent which is my main criteria when choosing a group to Stan :) the music,personality’s and looks are just bonuses so thank you very much for the video it was helpful :D
