Ingredients
Milk half kg
Green tea 2 tablespoon
Sugar 2 tablespoon
Cloves 3
Cardamom 3
Cinnamon stick 2
Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
Almonds chopped
Pistachio chopped
method
Take a pan add 3 cup water add 2 tablespoon green tea add 3 cloves 3 cardamom 2 cinnamon sticks and 2 tablespoon sugar and boil it well add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and mix it well add half cup cold water and boil it well Cook the tea until it turns pink. Take a tea pot add milk and boil it add chopped almonds and pistachio and add the mixture of tea and boil it well pink tea is ready to serve
