As an American, there is a reason why Luigi got to that point. He's not the only one, he just executed his plan. Any time healthcare becomes a huge for profit business, they no longer care about your life, they care about the bottomline.
That fact that this person calls him a coward and not the UH CEO for having a 30% denial rate on life saving care shows what a clown show this person being interviewed is.

Lets be honest, the majority of us condemn the attack but to some degree, sympathise with Luigi as he highlights a serious issue in America.

The media also supports invasions under the guise of rescuing oppressed populations, but in reality, these wars are driven by the desire to seize resources. Sadly I think we're sleep walking in to private health care and the U.S have a major hand in it. My elderly mother is about to start her second bout of surgery. The first was by a private firm operated by a multinational and the second much the same owned specifically by primarily U.S interests. NHS doctors working private. All billed to the NHS who "don't have the staff or facilities to do the work". I can't imagine why!!

Rather than policing US reaction to the illegal crime of the shooting vs the legal crimes of US health system, protect at all costs NHC. It's obvious that something prioritizing human life and dignity struggles to survive, yet it still works better than profit absolute power. Clutching pearls while protected by a system that still spares you from going bankrupt (and then civil death) just for the terrible fault of getting sick won't work.

The narrative is that Luigi came to New York “from Atlanta” ten days before the incident - with the direct purpose of targeting the CEO ~ 11/24
But (unless it was published elsewhere) United Healthcare posted notice of the coming event on their website on 11/26/2024:
“UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) will host its annual Investor Conference for analysts and institutional investors in New York City on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, beginning at 8:00 a.m. EST.”

I lived in the US for several years and i had a iob, my health care then was £40 a month. When i needed to use the system there was no waiting time.
There are problems with it sure but i dont think we should compare it to the NHS we in the uk aren't the global envy of health care anymore, if you get seriously sick you would have a better chance is you leave the UK.
Im currently living in Taiwan and the health care here if you have a iob is far better than the NHS.

Key point throughout alot of that was ‘if you had a job’.
Its immoral for people without insurance to be left to die or saddled with debt.
Also I dont know how long ago you were in the US but the NHS WAS the envy of the world until the Tories ruined it.
The facts are we still pay less per capita on our healthcare than the US so your £40 number is meaningless. If we doubled the NHS budget so our per capita spending matches the US you still think we wouldnt be far better in our healthcare?
