What would be the cause for vertical black lines on the printout? Already swapped out the cartridge for a new one same results.

My M521 stopped working. It wont turn on. I tried pulling the power cord for ten minutes. Does this mean I need a fuser? I have no power going to the control panel. THX
Uptate. I tried plugging into a different surge protector and now it works. Randomly 5yrs after it was connected it decided it doesnt like my Panamax surge protector I guess. Weird.

Брал 521 мфу за 50 000 отпечатал 20 листов и сломался в тот же день отдали на замену его забрали на ремонт и катают 2 месяца ни деньги вернуть ни починить . И это подряд второй мфу такой. Совести нету.
