19:53 tip: move the paper onto a harder surface. You’re using a ballpoint pen so the ball in the pen needs to be able to roll. And it needs to be pushed on a hard surface to do so. That way the ink can be stuck on it and that’s how you write. It worked on your test paper because that was a single sheet laying on the table/binder/whatever. But it stopped on your working sheet because it had other papers below it, creating a cushion. You’re welcome.
