Kenny, you gotta make sure the graphs at least hit “Bronze” for a player to be able to learn a badge from another player in Player Development, otherwise the player won’t learn anything. I’ve learned, usually the older player has to be 29 y/o or older and the same position as the younger player. Hope this helps!!
They wont get it by july but they can still get it later on, just need to keep the mentorship going (using older player with higher badges level is better tho, but the graph not reaching bronze on july didnt mean it had 0 effect)

Rules: 1) Players must be the same the entire sim. 2) You can override only 1 persons retirement. 3) No drafting, free agency or trading 4) Force all the players to stay by adjusting their contracts manually. 5) Once a player retires you replace them with a 70 overall. 6) Have fun and continue being the best creator on the platform. Just a bit of advice when drafting in rebuilds is to look at the rookies intangibles. If its above like 75 I've noticed the player sim plays ok but they peak early also the higher the intangibles the more fake boost on their overall so if they have a high intangibles then their overall is fake high and they aren't really that good. Rookie Bron is an 85 overall but his Intangibles are like 30 so he is actually an 85. Look for a rookie with a decent potential and a low intangibles and they tend to turn out pretty good, worst Ive had using that method is a rookie that was 21 that peaked at 27 but he still really good 28+ off my bench
