The large number of Sikhs and Hindus in Punjab have accepted Jesus Christ as they witnessed the miracles. Many have turned to christ for getting healing from sickness, opening of opportunities for jobs, education, marriage of their children etc. The ultimate aim of christian fellowship is to gain eternity, which these churches do not take seriously.
The uniqueness of Christianity is that it doesn’t have any mediators between man and God other than our Lord Jesus Christ. But certain pastors take the glory of God and they act like “gods”. This is because of the lack of solid bible teachings and the wrong desires of the pastors to show off that they have specific qualities. I don’t think God is pleased with them. Instead of glorifying God they are glorifying themselves. God has nothing to do there. It is another form of “mangod”. In fact in front of the Lord there is no difference between the pastor or a regular believer. When the pastor and the believer realize that fact and connect to the Lord directly then that pastor’s ministry becomes successful. A pastor needs to train the believers to follow and trust in the Lord, not him, if not that is merely a CULT not a church. Whenever a believer stands on his own feet and trusts in the Lord then he becomes a real believer. They should never cry to the pastor to save them instead they should pray to the Lord and need to know that there should no one come between him and the Lord!!!

Let me encourage you to learn the facts from right sources and present it. When you present such information, let it be authentic with facts. This is not a church preaching. Others also listen and redicule the Pentecostal community. Dont trust on Wikipedia and rumors! 1. From where did you learn that Sikhism has the teachings from different religions? It is an amalgamation of Hinduism and Islam. 2. Have you seen any Christian thought in Sikhism? 3. Sikhism is founded by Guru Nanak, one person. But you are using plural. 4. You are saying that Sikhism is not close to Hinduism. Pastor, Sikh philosophy has a lot to do with Hindu philosophy, even their major beliefs on rebirth. Please be careful when you speak about other religions.
Look, what's happening in Punjab is very commendable. Why these people are all making it more complicated than what it is? The Malayalees tends to have an opinion about every subject under the sun. Please do not overanalyze, just thank the good Lord for the revival going on in Punjab.

The uniqueness of Christianity is that it doesn’t have any mediators between man and God other than our Lord Jesus Christ. But certain pastors take the glory of God and they act like “gods”.
