the difference is bogum was from a small entertainment but yg kplus is one of the top model house in korea having many top models of korea under it.and also that he got main lead at a very young age , i mean bogum characters could get enough money only when he was at his late 20s. By the way nam joo hyuk is still 26/27 yrs old.

After Nam Jaehyuk left YG we barely seen in in any good dramas and the only hit drama was STARTUP which all the attention went to Kim Seonho for his role. Look at how Jang Kiyong is the one on the rise and getting more drama than Nam Jaehyuk. Look at how all the YG model and actors getting role be it small or big. I personally feel that Nam Jaehyuk shouldn't have left because he stop getting more role after he left. Connection with Directors is important to get roles which agency play a big role.
