Cool! Glad you have an orchard and are doing fine. We had several fruit trees in our PH backyard many years ago. We then lived on a cul-de-sac on a regular neighborhood street. We had lime, lemon, avocado, peach plum and an orange. Also had a small veggie patch and a bunch of flowers. I do miss that. I was working full-time and just had a lot on my plate. We moved from CA back about 12 years ago. I have a small container garden in my desert yard here in NW AZ.

How is it over there in NW Arizona? Are there pine forests nearby? Check out "Edge of Nowhere Farm" channel they have a small farm outside PHX.

@@theorangetreehomestead6660 Where I live it is suburb- looking in town (small city) with scrubby desert in big lots and tracts just outside of town (some smaller cacti and a few Joshua Trees here and there with Tumbleweeds). I have several Afghani Pines on our quarter acre that were planted probably 40 years ago that thrive here. Yes, I have been reading and viewing Edge of Nowhere Farm's TH-cam site. Fine work. We are down the mountain from the big forests like in Williams and Flagstaff.

Thanks! Subbed you back. We are just a little bit south of Point Conception, so about as far north in SoCal before you hit the Central Coast. Zone is 10a.
