You are totally wrong the left wing coalition came first in terms of total elected parliamentarians but not the Majority. In the French political tradition the coalition which comes first is always invited by the president to form a government whether they have the majority or not.
In the last Parliament Macron’s party did not win the majority but it came first, that’s why it was slowed to form the government.

Last week, a new decree was issued by Russian President Putin, it is called "Decree on the provision of humanitarian support to persons who share traditional Russian spiritual and moral values."
And it says that foreigners who share traditional Russian values will be able to apply for a residence permit in Russia:
excluding quotas;
without knowledge of the Russian language;
without knowledge of Russian history;
without knowledge of the basics of the legislation of the Russian Federation
These can be both people with foreign citizenship and stateless people who came to us from countries that impose "destructive neoliberal ideological attitudes that contradict our values."
The list of such countries should be approved by the Government within a month on the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. So I think English will be heard on the streets of Moscow much more often. Most importantly, this permit allows you to work in Russia legally.
Seriously considering it!👍
@Muhomor78 - once Bidens sanctions backfired with the Russian economy prospering along with military success the decree you describe was always on the cards,
The RF will need more skilled workers and a population boost and a lot of German and other EU workers are going to need a job, unlike the UK and the EU Putin will accept the best and reject the rest
The permit is not full Russian citizenship, however. If I remember correctly, you still need to know how to read and speak Russian for that, but you have three years to do so before applying for becoming a full citizen, if you decide to do so. I'm not sure also if the permit can be extended for settlers (obviously, people who go there for business reasons would be under different rules).

Second, I don't think that it will be a "subjugation" which ukrainian people never accept, because their best period in life was when they were in USSR, their economy was blooming, they had strong industry, education, good wages.... only a extremely small minority improved their lives after the "independence"...
The Ukrainian economy was not booming under the USSR. The stagnation that effected everyone also effect Ukraine, that combined with the attempts to Russification in Ukraine, the various periods of starvation and depopulation. All these things pretty much turned Ukraine against Russia once there was nothing forcing them to get along anymore.

In what way is AfD antidemocratic? This is one of the most basic ways in which drawing a line from the Nazis to AfD is a terrible mistake: the 1920s-30s fascist type parties were hostile to bourgeois democracy. Mussolini had shown that such a party was the end of democracy. AfD is not such a party as far as one can reasonably discern. Though not often mentioned, the KPD was also an antidemocratic party, promising to dissolve bourgeois democracy if it won. BSW is, like the AfD, not such a movement.
How else is AfD not in any way a descendant of the Nazis? Another way is the advocacy for free markets, against government control/socialism. Hitlers party absolutely did want to take charge of the economy.
Also, AfD wants Germany to live in peaceful cooperation with Russia, does not want Germany to control the EU.
The NS of Germany and the Fascist in Italy were direct responses to the rise of Bolshevism and Communism across Europe, a Fascist literally used to mean someone who opposes Bolshevism.
Don't u mind the mad men and women uttering those nonsenses

"the 1920s-30s fascist type parties were hostile to bourgeois democracy. " But the key point here is the Fascist parties attracted bourgeois supporters or people that aspired to be bourgeois ... and in Italy the Fascists were used to suppress the workers and peasants and in Germany the Fascists opposed Communist and Socialist workers...and so it goes with the AfD appealing to and gaining support from small town residents....

ICC doesn't even have a jurisdiction over Russia since Russia doesn't recognize this court. It doesn't have any legal right to issue arrest warrant on Russian officials or citizens. Also arrest of Russian president is casus belli.
In collective west, it’s “Rules for thee and not for me”🤡
For Putin it is thee or window.
@@TeunisMarinus Putin does not enforce his rules on the rest of the world unlike the west.

Good day, Mercouris!
Small snippet - Kalkhin Gol was the first battle in which Zhukov was the Commanding General. The battle was won because Zhukov had a good understanding of combined-arms warfare, particularly integrating air forces.
Thank you, Alexander 💛💚❤💯👍✍
With the evolution of neocon neoliberal global dogma! Democracy has been one of the casualties. The Party in power runs Neoliberal policies; it loses the next election to rivals who, when they get in power, also run neoliberal policies. They then lose, and the cycle repeats.
The ICC improves its position with arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gant. Much better would be ICC arrest warrants for Bush, cheney,condoleeza, clintons, graham, obama, trump,pompeo,nulans, etc

My question is where are the arrest warrants a for Zelenski? There is documented proof that Ukraine has shelled civilians, and by their own admission carried out assination attempts in Russia including on the president himself.

In a world where a man can be a woman, why not can the loser become the winner. Reality is just what you wish it to be...until you run into the fist of someone disagreeing with you.
It is possible for Michelle Obama who went from Michael Robinson to Michelle Obama.

Exactly my first thoughts. No one should be surprised at anything the left, or 'centrists' (left in more expensive suits) say or how they behave. A culture of lies has become part of their mentality, even to themselves. This will not stand for long. Reality will win in the end. Strange times.

If Putin negotiates he's a fool. Russia should impose harsh terms. Russia either needs to install a Russian government or put Yanukovich back in office.
Absolutely correct. Any negotiations will only mean a nuclear war in 10 years.
Exactly my thoughts
"Russia either needs to install a Russian government or put Yanukovich back in office." Ukrainians would not take orders from either ...Such a government would have zero popular support and could only be held in power by a large force of Russian occupation troops that would be taking daily losses from Ukrainian partisans....
Above is Russian fantasy talk. Ukrainians aren't going to kotow to Yanukovich he would have zero support...Russia would have to occupy Ukraine with hundreds of thousands of troops which would be attacked daily by UA partisans
Long live the Russian Federation
As always Alexander your assesment is spot on appreciated your info. On Mongolia and its alignment with Russia.

I see no need for the elaborate Mongolian history lesson. Suffice to say that Russia is not a signatory to the Rome statute and Putin has Sovereign immunity. The whole charade by the West is irrelevant.
Exactly
I found the Mongolian history lesson vital to understanding this event and a fascinating element of world history that I was unaware of. These back stories are important for a better understanding of events today, much as President Putin gave the back story of the relations behind Ukraine and Russia.
Actually, that Germany was signing a pact of non-agression with the USSR while the Soviets and Mongolia fought and won against the Japanese is an eye-opener. That may explain why the Japanese never helped Germany by opening a second front, say in Vladivostok. Only a hypothesis obviously.

I find Alexander's analysis much better than what I can hear or read sometimes in French medias, it's not a given that's for sure.
Heck, even an Algerian TV has a much more nuanced view than what I can hear locally 😅

U'krainsk hamlet does exert control over the east-west E50 road leading to Pokrovsk. Which is likely why the ukraine 25th bde is clinging to it. Russia does not fully control the roads until they clear the hamlets, villages, and towns near the roads. Of course, similar to Adolf, zelensky clings to untenable positions for too long.
Thank you ❤
Why is it that people are so willing to allow dictatorial tyrants to maintain control?
Paul, do you want to check your own capabilities to survive longer in your own tyranical ruling country? The whole West Power is Tyrannical. You will sleep better without asking yourself such complicated questions. Be happy!
If you are referring to Putin he is not a dictatorial tyrant, he is only doing what is necessary to protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Russia. It had long been a plan by US to break up Russia and install regime change. Russia is a great country with great people, keeping traditional values and huge resources, it needs Putin in these times to keep it that way. That's why people are so willing to allow great leaders like Putin to maintain control.
@@damer651 Putin is by definition a tyrant. Fixed elections, jailing or elimination of political opponents. Journalists jailed and media organization closed or nationalized. Russia is not under ANY threat from being broken apart by any outside power. Its under strain due to Russia still being at heart, a colonial empire that maintains a costly security state over the population that is non-Russian, or non-political. Russia was once a great country with a bright future, that is pretty much tarnished now due to Putin's desire to reestablish a Russian hegemony over eastern europe. You can tell Putin does not have things under control or under wraps, when you get hundreds of thousands of Russian men flee overseas to escape the draft. Sanctions that result in over 300 billion dollars of Russian assets seized. Part shortages in sectors as critical as the airline sector, rail sector and various other manufacturing area's.
Putin made a massive gamble with this war, and just like the last European leader who loved to take huge gambles, this time fate was not looking on him with favor.
yup, one wonders why the USA voters keep repeating the same
Ridiculous Putin worship in the first comment above. Apparently Putin: "to protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Russia" invaded a next door country on 2/24/22 (trying to destroy the Ukrainian state) Thereby igniting the largest war in Europe since WWII and getting hundreds of thousands killed; with a half million Russians alone killed and wounded at the front...and It was Putin that repeatedly violated the territorial integrity of Ukraine from 2014 onwards...
Thank you , Alex

Thank you Alexander, the ICC is becoming completely irrelevant, Netanyahu went to the US and neither the ICC nor the EU asked the US to arrest him, after that event took place the newly elected Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum invited President Putin to attend her inauguration, for me it was clear that if the US can invite someone under ICC arrest warrant then anyone can do the same. Now Mongolia comes to consolidate how unimportant the ICC is, which only works selectively.
