According to my limited research so far, the two nearest competitors to this boat are the Beneteau Barracuda 9 (which I think Rob is referring to here), and the Quicksilver Pilothouse 905. I like the idea of being able to do some extensive cruising so would go for the Offshore version. I'm not sure about the galley forward arrangement but it looks great otherwise. Anyone else with any comments on pros and cons of each boat?
It’s a shame beneteau don’t make the barracuda nine anymore. Yes the galley is small but How often do you use the galley even on the cruiser version?
Does this boat come with an option for a grill at the back?
No not yet
The rear helm was an overkill .. other than that this is the perfect boat
The rear helm comes in handy when single handling or if the captain wants to be with his fishing buddies in the back
Where's the port-side door?
There isn’t one on this model which allows you more space for the cabins and a larger starboard walkaround.
