Although I didn't care for her behavior as Dr. Hoffman when she first appeared (and seemed to me to be very insensitive to Sam, Joe, and Dr. Woddard as regards to her "treatment" of Maggie)--I feel that Grayson Hall's acting has been quite compelling. At least she doesn't just 'mail it in', like Joe Haskell (Joel Crothers) does!

she is quite bad, but not the worst actor on the show. The chainsmoking moron who plays Maggie's father is.
She’s awful, there’s no other way to put it. The forced dramatic pauses and rolling eyes and clutching of hands is overt even for this setting.
