That mall manager needs to be taught a lesson on business. The way he immediately threatened fines on a brand new tenant on their opening day is horrible. I’ve been in the mall business for a long time and he definitely needs to be checked by the owners/higher ups for the behavior.

Good call with the super large footprint store in Vegas. The rent per sqft is a lot cheaper so even though you have a TON of negative retail space all over the store you aren’t losing money.
