Wind Tunnel

My longest cape level, at a total of 110 seconds, filled with lots of setups involving twisters. This took a long time to build, and because of all the testing I did, I got very consistent and took less than an hour to beat the level. Just like BC4, there is a practice level to go along with the main level.
