MENTAL HEALTH VLOG - feel better with me, healing, rants, a clothing haul (oops)

I filmed this in April but am only posting this now because I haven't really come out publicly with my BPD, until last month(?) I think. BPD is still heavily stigmatised and misunderstood, so I just want to share my life living with it, and what my thoughts are like.

I’m the same exact way - when the plans come, I usually don’t want to do anything and I’ll literally have to force myself to go out and socialize. I usually am glad I did but it’s hard!!!
I’ve been trying to journal more and express gratitude as well. Adult coloring books also help me a lot with anxiety and bad mental health days. Thank you for sharing!

I have eczema. My first breakout was on my eyelid like that. Not saying that's what it is, but if you don't have a clue, it's worth considering
