Always had real trees growing up but as grown up with 3 bigs dogs and 2 littles we went for the fake tree. Splurged a bit with the real look and it’s honestly held up really nice for these past couple of years. Bought from the one and only, Lowe’s!

My husband and I did a real tree for our first married Christmas! Since then we do a fake one because we like to put our tree up a little early and we never put it away until after New Year's 😂
Was aways a real Christmas tree person until 3 years ago. Trees just don't hold up. Tried different lots and even Lowes but they only make it 2 weeks or so and start turning brown. Never had that problem until last few years. Bought real trees my whole adult life. Noticed Lowes sell a warranty now for their trees. If it gets brown and dry. You can exchange it. Who wants that hassle. Juniper looks so cute in her Disney dresses.

Our family has an artificial tree. The last time we had a live tree we put it up way too early and on Christmas Eve we had to replace it because all of the needles had fallen off.
I love your tradition of starbucks before a school holiday. What time do your school start - I feel like I wouldn't have enough time to do this in the AM with my kiddos. We are team real tree over here (although my husband would prefer a fake one)!

Growing up I used to have a real tree that was growing in a pot. My husband grew up with a real cut tree. Since our second year of marriage we’ve gone with a fake due to the cost of real trees.
I do fake....I leave my tree up to January 6 (for little Christmas) and I like to put it up thanksgiving weekend. A real one doesn't last as well......not to mention the number of Christmas tree fires each year....

We used to get real trees when the kids were young. Now that it’s just us at home we have a fake pre-lit tree.
We do fake but this year we might only have ours up for a day, we have 2 kittens and they are creating havoc 😂 I love the idea of a real one though 🎄
