I'm betting Harry is the predominant parent and he spends a majority of time with them. Face it, she has to primp for hours a day, tend to her wardrobe, make bizarre plans, boss people around, and scheme revenge. That leaves little time for toddlers.

MeAgain was said to put a party for his birthday but haven't seen pictures of the fun yet. I guess Hazzard spend it on his own as his friends don't like his wife.
She was putting on a big birthday party with A listers and then he was going to climb a local mountain with friends. That was the hype. Not a word about either of those things. So it was just that. Hype. Along with the allleged "friends" of each. Who usually turn out to be staff members if they are identified.

And you can go places with them because they are always with you. Friends? More like friends for hire. Purchased friends. Real friends? In the US, probably only those aprroved by MM. If at all.
An event for children and all about children, and they can't be bothered to take their own children, even on his birthday. One wonders whether the rumours of there being no children of their own might be true; or perhaps there's something horribly wrong with their children, so they don't let them be seen; or perhaps they just have no love or care for their children, so spend so much time away from them and leave them locked up at home. If there are children, I feel very sorry for them.

I don’t think a “Lilibet” exists per se. I think she was an adoption that fell through and was adopted by someone else.
The king acknowledged Archie at the after-coronation dinner, but to my knowledge no one has acknowledged Little Betty, at least not after her “birth.”
There is no birth record of a “Lilibet” but there is a birth record of a “Diana Mary.”
Lady C insists the children exist, and I believe she knows far more than any of us, but she is evasive about details, probably to avoid a lawsuit.
Surely a narcissistic woman who was a mother would take her children everywhere and be like "Look everyone, look at MY children. They're MY children and they're better than yours"

I have an alternate view of her attitude toward her children. I believe she is somehow embarrassed by their appearances because they may not match the "American Riviera Orchard (retirement home)" image in her head. OR, people may note that she cannot control them---or they are more bonded to Harry. That would negate the "loving mom" persona she continually expresses. Children are unpredictable. They cannot be rehearsed at those ages.

This appearance might also be a reaction to the hugely successful A-List charity event in NYC during Fashion Week hosted by Salma Hayek (a real actress who married a real billionaire). All MM's "friends" attended, including Katy Perry and the Kardashians but sadly MM was unable to wheedle her way into the event.
The Hollywood Reporter (THR) reflects the news and views of the Hollywood community. THR covered the NYC event with extensive photos and text; THR then published a negative item on MM. Harry referred to "my children., and not" our children ". If there are kiddies I think they could be biologically his and the surrogates, , with meg not having any connection with them at all. And given her behaviour and what has been said about out her and children I can imagine that that all these publicity seeking faux royal visits to countries. don't include the children because she doesn't want kiddies near her, they'll take all the attention from her. Harry always seems happy when he's engaging with children - if there are kiddies I think she's using them to blackmail him, to make sure he never leaves her. Not usually one to comment on such a shallow level - but her face is the same color as the mans orange tinged shorts. Her bronzer is way too obvious on her shoulders also. She must not be putting on the body makeup outside - - not a good idea when the photo ops are going to be in direct sunlight. Harry on the other hand - who is the super fair going to burn to a crisp and get skin lesions if he isn't careful looks quite healthy.
