Her hp initially 7700 then reduced down to 7280 later on to 7000 (similar to 10k hp of now), her damage was equivalent to bibi 1820 then reduced to similar to frank which was 1680 at the time. Later on they buffed again her damage to 1792. After few months we saw a rework to her super then she got nerfed multiple times including her damage being reduced to 1624 and hp reduced to 6480 then after one month they reverted the changes and removed the shield from her super. Then a buff came which was 1734 dmg at max level which was p9 and 1860 at p11, then we never saw a good buff other than like gadget buff or Addition of hypercharge. After the rework to every brawlers hp and dmg that 1860 got converted to 2480 which is current dmg per hit of jacky. Also the fact that they reduced her unload speed from 0.3 seconds to 0.4 seconds in her 2nd nerf. Jacky only been good in meta when : 1) When she was released due to her gadget (speed buff was 38% currently it is 25% for 4 seconds) 2) Her Hypercharge release, which was like one month 3) Her super reworked...but her nerf came the few hours later so equal to nothing.
