I think injection molded shoes are stronger, and there are many big brands that are also producing injection molded shoes
In my experience it depends on the quality of the materials.
I have had injected sole shoes were the upper fake leather material delaminated, and the sole came off.
Sewn shoes last the most, I sew all my sneakers that come glued from the factory, using dental floss and a thick sharp leather needle. That way I have no concern about the glue coming undone.
